Beware of the Grant Square apartments Income based apartments Reported a resident to Lindseyproperty manager Deb regional manager and Joan MD that a resident has someone living with her and she receives assistance They did nothing all residents are required to have a background check and her house guest never did We have children at this facility and they are doing nothing about it Provided pictures of the house guest to management daily and he is still staying there Apparently different rules apply for different residence of this facility Income based should be for people that actually follow the rules and truly need help Getting income based housing while you have another undocumented resident living with you is stealing and Costello allows that with certain residents allowing someone to live with a resident that receives assistance and didnt go through proper background checks when most of the residents at this facility have children is wrong management doesnt care Beware if you have children here They let people live with residence that dont do background checks more ... hide ...
