Absolutely poor communication Ive been towed 3 times at Lloyd properties twice here I will never rent from Lloyd again These buildings may look nice but the walls and ceilings are paperthin Someone slammed their door above my unit and it shook my floor Kids have run down the stairwells at 630am causing my walls to shake People will be yelling partying vacuu 2017-07-11T08:45:43Z
Absolutely poor communication Ive been towed 3 times at Lloyd properties twice here I will never rent from Lloyd again These buildings may look nice but the walls and ceilings are paperthin Someone slammed their door above my unit and it shook my floor Kids have run down the stairwells at 630am causing my walls to shake People will be yelling partying vacuuming rearranging their apartment nailing things in slamming their doors honking their horn in the parking lot with your windows closed you can hear conversations outside so a car honking is really loud this will happen anywhere from 6am to 3am Also be prepared to be around people who look at you funny even though they can hardly speak English hang around outside the entrance all the time have kids running around constantly and park in the middle of the alleyway where youre supposed to be able to drive Get ready for weird things like people hawking parking spots smoking weed in their car in the parking lot and random loud noises the manager told me she thinks the building is haunted because people complain all the time about random noises The elevators slow I rarely could get cold water out of my faucet The hot water in the shower lasts for about 20 minutes and isnt that hot I mean the only thing nice about this place is its newer and it has central air Also the current manager is very nice but Lloyd has rules rules rules for days and will almost always stick to the book and try to charge you on every little thing The current manager Kelsea is very nice though and will work with you on things Also be ready to smell the hot dog factory sometimes hear the train at night sometimes and hear a neighbors dog howling more often than not The fire alarms have been pulled at least 45 times since Ive lived here and I cant even remember how many times the cops have been here I didnt realize it at the time but I dreaded living here Ive lived here since it opened about 3 years ago and its gradually gotten worse I know theyre trying to make it better but theres a point where theres not much more that can be done and this place is close to that point more ... hide ...

We stayed here for a year Did not see a manager onsite for the first 9 months They did not keep the building clean during covid Garbage is always flooded over Tenant below us had domestic abuse with kids in apartment for 10 of the 12 months yet I get a written notice because the district manager says dont worry about it and the onsite manager gets mad Cops a 2020-11-10T00:07:52Z

LloydMidtown Heights properties are set up nicely with as seen in some images features more in todays modern design The guarantee however that I was given coming from a twostory duplex to a one level apartment is that an additional storage unit room located in their spacious hallways would be included As of a month ago from when I moved in I have had little to no communication back which is now understandable because the previous landlord has no longer been present Well as emails piled up along with calls and even two to the corporate department I finally just spoke to a few other residents about rent payments as well considering I was informed an online rent portal through the companies sight is where I would pay rent Well I do give her props for sending me the link however the process of getting in here took from beginning of July to Sept 1st to sign the lease and as motel stays and portions of funeral expenses from my fiances passing had me down the County stepped in and assisted with the first months rent leaving me with needing another link So now of all the luck in the world said tenants one having a close relationship with a Lloyd employee on deck at the premises mentions that everyone puts their checksmoney orders under the office door This now finding out that the 5th of October possibly the day before threw word of mouth with another gal whom lives on 3rd floor and congrats to her for the new bundle of joy in the world But this is when supposedly no more ties with the properties from the previous landlord would be So while Im already struggling trying to learn the ropes around here working with this little program that has no regard for the entirety of my situation but rather program rules to express a bad check was wrote regardless of whether I attempted to pay on time or not I would have my funds account and more of my life monitored and babied like a 17 year old getting ready to go out in the real world when in all actuality I just ended ties with my previous landlord of 6 years and was working towards the goal of home ownership with hands down the best realtor in SIOUX FALLS JAN FISHER She will go the distance within her power to see one just a little more satisfied along with her husband Clay through Remax Unfortunately rent to own or home ownership funding wouldnt be included or part of program policy funding to assist one with a first months payment towards that then this where I originally thought Id have a spot or choice on first floor unit 100 which is what was looked at and ready and given to other tenants just shy a few days before my lease signing Anyway until the twister touched down in my life wiping everything away well materially thankfully not my two infant boys that believe me I am blessed to have as reminders of what the greater good of fighting the fight means to remain as humanly intact as possible without getting your hopes up because some people have little to no regard these days for literally helping Even if it is your job title I am thankful Heartland homes is covering about 40 and 60 on this end these goals fragile but still there of coming back up in the world to shed light on the better days again may be teeter tottering but they are there and WILL be even if I have to go it alone defending and standing up for what the FACTS of my situation is then I will MY check never would of been returned if my information accts and personal documents werent discovered threw the Black Web And what is this anyway Ive heard it come up around me as a shassty way of retrieving info or other means of communication but my identity info privatesecured info well what I thought was like really but the bank I immediately called following a person messaging me that my finances would be monitored and managed by her and the program as I knew about the program rules and I still broke them knowing the rules and since my check bounced because I had no funds initially did but here you go black web govnna God Have her all it wasnt mine to begin with FACTS more ... hide ...
