My one and only favorite thing here is the management Miss Betty and Miss Jennifer are very caring and helpful and I love them both very and our Service Coordinator Miss Teresa is so helpful and loving we are very blessed to have all 3 of them they are special and very much needed I just wanted to tell them all 3 how much they mean to meoh we cant forget our 2022-06-13T09:52:37Z

I have mice and mold in my apartment it was causing me health issues and they will not transfer me even with a doctor statement the maintenance man came in but with the naked eye and saying there was no mold instead of getting a specialist out there with machines to detect to see if the unit had mold or not in the apartment just went along with the naked e 2020-04-20T12:57:07Z
I have mice and mold in my apartment it was causing me health issues and they will not transfer me even with a doctor statement the maintenance man came in but with the naked eye and saying there was no mold instead of getting a specialist out there with machines to detect to see if the unit had mold or not in the apartment just went along with the naked eye I had 3 under my sink leaks and the pipes was not put on properly and they left the water sitting there I had to clean it up all three times mice is buried in my stove they will not replace my stove either they have issues in those apartments they need to fix them really they do need to give those apartments of facelift like and remodel at Clinton housing the apartments I am sure they do have mold issues because I had a dehumidifier that filled up really fast just very unpleased about the situation in my apartment and they didnt want to transfer me to be safe I dont cause issues or problems at the apartment complex done anyways God knows Im telling the truth I dont have no reason to lie saying I have health problems just to change me to a different unit but anyways God bless more ... hide ...

I have loved here for almost 2 years now and we have had more than 5 managers and 4 maintenance men in that time None of the work orders get done because they say they have to fix the vecant apartments first witch is never done because they are always evicting people I went to talk to the manager today and she threatened to evict me because she thought I was 2022-03-08T20:41:16Z
I have loved here for almost 2 years now and we have had more than 5 managers and 4 maintenance men in that time None of the work orders get done because they say they have to fix the vecant apartments first witch is never done because they are always evicting people I went to talk to the manager today and she threatened to evict me because she thought I was raising my voice at her She then proceeded to tell me that she WILL enter my home even without 24 hours notice and if I refuse then she will terminate my lease The pest control here is so bad and there are bugs everywhere Management is very rude and lies to you and walks all over you and nothing ever gets done Highly do not recommend Only here because this is the only thing we can affordNOTE VERY Racist management more ... hide ...
