I love how quiet it is at night The building that I live in is really disgusting Trash all over the place and to me thats a turnoff Other than that I think this is a really nice place to live

Tenants routinely receive letters threatening them with eviction from their apartments for violations in accordance to their legally binding contract However Im in compliance so why am I routinely receiving letters from Dyersburg Housing Authority informing me that an observation was made at or on my assigned property when clearly the observation didnt happe

Tenants routinely receive letters threatening them with eviction from their apartments for violations in accordance to their legally binding contract However Im in compliance so why am I routinely receiving letters from Dyersburg Housing Authority informing me that an observation was made at or on my assigned property when clearly the observation didnt happen at all or the organization is sending out mass form letters to all of its residentsnnMy property is extremely well kept no unauthorized items such asnSwing setsnLarge chain link dog runsnDiscarded household trash toys constantly laying in the yardsnUse of household furniture as lawn furnishingsnVehicles parked in the yardsand the list goes onnnIt boggles my mind to think about how much taxpayer money is being wasted annually on needless correspondence through the post office to those tenants who comply by the rulesnStampsPostagenEnvelopesnPapernToner cartridgen Reduced hourly efficiency of taxpayerfunded employeesnnIf a personal observation was or is made by an DHA employee then there should be some kind of supporting evidence such as a photograph or video to substantiate the organizations claimsnnWhen a letter is specifically addressed to me and upon opening it Im threatened with eviction for not complying with my contractual obligations I honestly have an issue with that particularly if I was not in violation to begin withnnDHA management needs to get out of that office setting drive around their numerous properties and see for themselves who is and who isnt complying with the property standards put forth in our contract The maintenance personnel are in the various neighborhoods everyday Monday through Friday excluding holidays Common sense tells me that they see the very same violations that I do plus so much more truth be knownnnIts not that difficult DHA personal who are out in the field on a daily basis sees a violationnSnap picture with smart phonenSend picture to office personal via text or emailnOffice identifies contacts only that tenant via mail with consequences for noncompliancenSwift decisive corrective action to force tenants to complynNoncompliance justifies evictionnnDHA simply needs to ENFORCE the rules that both parties have agreed to

I was helping a friend move into Wesley hills and the apartment was nice handicap accessible however there are downsides Not enough drawer space in the kitchen and all the dishwashers were removed So if your handicap and have trouble with a task like washing dishes then this isnt the place for you
