My kids dad gf live on Elmwood Circle are infested with bed bugs roaches some sort of flying bugs He claims that the housing authority treats regularlybut if so my kid would not come home with bed bug bites all over her every time she visits Not everyone is allergic to the bites so not everyone will show bites My daughter is highly allergic to them Now him HIS GF arent exactly clean people but bed bugs arent anything to do with how clean or nasty a person is Yes they love clutter But theyre hitchhikers So anybody can get them The housing authority needs to be notified of them immediately When they bite its typically in a pattern of 3s The bugs themselves resemble cockroaches tics etc Please research them to see if you may have them Theyre horrible and require PROFESSIONALS to come treat My daughter saw one on their couch this weekend so do not assume that they only hide in your bed They do not They can hide in screw holes cracks as narrow as a credit card baseboards carpet etc Im calling to report the situation today Hopefully theyll do right by their tenants If not Ill be contacting the mayor possibly the local news stations Well see how fast they get to it after that But again PLEASE do your part research these bugs College websites are the most informative Or call local pest control companies Theyre very knowledgeable about them dont mind telling you what they know Then look for any The housing authority needs to do a better job at the bug situations they have Noone should have to live like that more ... hide ...

Oakview apartments are amazing I have personally lived here for almost a year Everyone is friendly and it is peaceful The apartments are clean and very well maintained inside and out I would reccomend these apartments to anyone

I lived here for about three years total with a two year gap in between I came back to rent because I absolutely loved these apartments The staff was always very nice and helpful even after the office staff changed I could always count on them to listen to me Maintenance was very timely I never had to wait more than a day for trivial things The second time I 2019-03-24T13:57:43Z
I lived here for about three years total with a two year gap in between I came back to rent because I absolutely loved these apartments The staff was always very nice and helpful even after the office staff changed I could always count on them to listen to me Maintenance was very timely I never had to wait more than a day for trivial things The second time I moved in I was leaving a difficult situation and the staff made the transition so easy My neighbors were great Im still in contact with some of them The grounds were nice and well kept sometimes the grass got a little high in the summer but nothing too crazy Occasionally things happened in the neighborhood but thats anywhere I loved the layout of the apartment I rented both a one bedroom and two bedroom and loved both of them There was plenty of space for me and the layout was perfect I recommend Taylor Way very highly and if I ever return to TN you can bet Ill be putting in an application a third time more ... hide ...

I just called to ask about any units available the lady was nasty and even though I was still trying to be nice to her I said goodbye have a good day and she just hung up on me They probably should have somebody better answering their phones
