I recommend that any one with children do not move here They do monthly inspections just like the projects do Heavens for bid they come in and see toys out on the floor its a write up The people that run it apparently dont have kids of their own If your watching TV playing music and it happens to be a little loud your neighbors will turn you into office yet 2022-01-27T21:38:39Z
I recommend that any one with children do not move here They do monthly inspections just like the projects do Heavens for bid they come in and see toys out on the floor its a write up The people that run it apparently dont have kids of their own If your watching TV playing music and it happens to be a little loud your neighbors will turn you into office yet another write up 2 and your out You would think that your neighbors would have enough respect to come say something to you instead of crying to the office 1st But yet if you on bottom floor you have to listen to the people above you running stomping etc When it snows they dont do anything with the complex as far as salting plowing I have never lived there personally but I do go there frequently and this is what I have experienced from ones I know live there Last snow I drove thru there and slid everywhere luckily I didnt hit anything Zero stars more ... hide ...

I had been a tenant at Gibson Ridge Apartments for 3 years with no issues whatsoever until I received a call from the site manager stating I did not pay my rent nor sign my lease renewal and had 2 days to vacate The site manager claimed she had stuck a notice to vacate in my door nearly 30 days prior I never received it and paid my rent as scheduled I was sh 2018-04-17T12:58:33Z
I had been a tenant at Gibson Ridge Apartments for 3 years with no issues whatsoever until I received a call from the site manager stating I did not pay my rent nor sign my lease renewal and had 2 days to vacate The site manager claimed she had stuck a notice to vacate in my door nearly 30 days prior I never received it and paid my rent as scheduled I was shocked by the phone call demanding I vacate the unit I debated with the manager stating she didnt have the right to call and tell me i had 2 days to vacate I had my bank statement to verify my payment Also i took time off to go renew my lease and the office was closed The manager never rescheduled and I mistakenly assumed that she had all my information for renewal nym info was the same as the past years and had no significant changes I was absolutely shocked After leaving work I dreaded coming home as she lives in the complex also I had a packet of papers taped to my door simply stating Gibson Ridge was not renewing my lease and I had 30 days to vacate more ... hide ...
