Absolutely THE WORST apartment complex you will ever live in The ceilings are SO thin you can literally hear your neighbors conversation wordforword When you pay bills you have to go into either the closet or somewhere where they can not hear your credit card number Small children run up and down the hallways as well as stomp and you need multiple TVs a radio and anything else on to muffle the noise The property is dated and needs all new appliances plus a bathtubsink The apartments are NOT cleaned OR repainted OR repaired when a NEW tenant moves in There are CONSTANT roaches throughout the property even WITH pest control horrible infestation Durell Raines the present property manager has little experience a bad temper and only cares about filling up the units Plus he lies all the time He told me that my neighbors that lived on top of me were quiet It was anything but I saw in another property review because I recognize his sentence structure and he WROTE his OWN REVIEW You KNOW the property is bad when the actual property manager writes good reviews to try and get people to move in Olympia Management is the actual owners and they wont physically fix the floorswalls Lastly the security deposit for this dated property is a whopping 560 And believe me you will never see the money back there will be some excuse as to where and how they will keep the security deposit and use it to their benefit Save yourself or your family the aggravation and cost and find another property to live on more ... hide ...

Was so excited to find a handicapped apt at a low income property only to find out its not Charged me for an application fee knowing I didnt have enough income to live there Total ripoff beware
