The apartments are pretty nice but most need work done on them The owner or manager has let them run down though if you ask them to do something they are good about responding very quickly I think the maintenance guy isnt doing his job very well and not sure if the owner or manager knows this because they dont come around but they will know soon because I pl 2020-09-28T12:16:27Z
The apartments are pretty nice but most need work done on them The owner or manager has let them run down though if you ask them to do something they are good about responding very quickly I think the maintenance guy isnt doing his job very well and not sure if the owner or manager knows this because they dont come around but they will know soon because I plan on letting them know The apartment I visited has a musky odor and is very damp and the doors and door jambs were covered in mold We told the owner or manager and he sent maintenance guy over and he claims he must have missed it but the apartment looked as though he had never been cleaned after the tenant had moved out Kitchen cabinets hadnt been cleaned stove not cleaned bathroom not cleaned carpet not cleaned or even vacuumed and cob webs in all the corners and around the baseboards So Im guessing the maintenance guy didnt do his job but getting paid for it anyway so Im going to let the owner or manager know whats going on see what he says Not sure how other apartments look but the outside looks run down and could definitely use some work Some apartments have good parking others not so well and some are wheelchair accessible and others arent Overall wouldnt be a bad place to live if maintenance done their job more ... hide ...

Drug and people live in apt 21 sales pills They really have lots of bed bug in the rugs and wooden floor nasty manger rud and dum and not really works there always on vacation

Stephanie runs a wonderful apartment complex I have heard four people say they could not wait to turn 62 so that could apply there The building is beautifully transitioned from the old George Washington School I attended there in the 60s and appreciate how the apartments reflect the character of the school

Dont trust this company We did work for them in August of 2017 To this day we have not been paid for our services and constantly get the runaround from their management Before you think about getting a place there ask yourself if you want to pay rent to a company that doesnt pay their bills
