Jenn the Apartment Manager cares about the residents The Adelade is super close to downtown I moved here by just talking to here over phone and she made the process easier moving out of state She stills checkin and make sure everything is fine in your unit If you need a place to live to get on your feet in a new city I recommend this place

What a hell hole drug infested dump The manager sits on her high horse and doesnt care what happens on the property I saw drug deals by the dozens daily apartments get shot up nothing gets fixed if it breaks The apartment above ours had a bad leak in the 2nd bathroom which made water pour through our ceiling and ruined our carpet all throughout the hall and 2015-11-16T17:34:15Z
What a hell hole drug infested dump The manager sits on her high horse and doesnt care what happens on the property I saw drug deals by the dozens daily apartments get shot up nothing gets fixed if it breaks The apartment above ours had a bad leak in the 2nd bathroom which made water pour through our ceiling and ruined our carpet all throughout the hall and into the bedrooms several times The manager actually had the nerve to say I was responsible for those damages I have video where it looks like its raining in the friggin bathroom yet she says Im responsible NOT The place is eat up with bugs And the maintenance man doesnt know how to screw in a light bulb let alone fix anything The whole time I lived there my stove only had 2 working eyes and the oven wouldnt work half the time Id go to open kitchen drawers and the whole front of the drawer would fall off in my hand The refrigerator had to be closed with duct tape because the seal was bad on it and wouldnt stay shut My bathroom sink drain wouldnt stay open so the whole time I lived there I had to keep a butter knife shoved down in it so water wouldnt over flow When I first moved in I was told it had been cleaned and painted HA The place was so nasty there were hairs from the previous renters stuck on the bathroom wall in the master bathroom and it was obvious the cabinets in the kitchen hadnt been cleaned because the last renters dishes were still in there along with dead roach bugsnThe only time I ever saw them worry about cleaning the property is when inspectors were coming The manager is pathetic and the whole complex needs to be shut down I wouldnt want my worst enemy living there if they had children its disgusting and not safe at all I was constantly scared to death there would be a shoot out between the drug dealers upstairs and across the parking lot over something stupid or a deal gone wrong Its unusual to go more than a couple hours without seeing the police up there Residents jokenly call it Hellside or Pillside place more ... hide ...

I dont live there but a friend of mine does and when I visit her I just love the little one bedroom apartment that she has She has it very nicely decorated and its perfect and convenientAnd she says the landlords owners are fabulous people

I would not recommend this apartment building to anyone We rented a studio that had a marginally functional minifridge no freezer and microwave The power in the building would go off any time you tried to use the microwave for longer than 2 minutes To use a blow dryer you needed to unplug everything else in your room otherwise the power would go off again At 2018-09-15T18:30:34Z
I would not recommend this apartment building to anyone We rented a studio that had a marginally functional minifridge no freezer and microwave The power in the building would go off any time you tried to use the microwave for longer than 2 minutes To use a blow dryer you needed to unplug everything else in your room otherwise the power would go off again At one point we were flipping the breakers back on every other hour It was almost impossible to concentrate when studying or doing work The building also claims to have heat but does not The single pane windows let in every breeze and every bit of noise You might as well keep your windows open 247 The area is extremely loud with construction going on right next door at all hours of the day and night Then theres the partying and yelling outside The building constantly reeked of marijuana more ... hide ...
