Not maintained Ive called several times over the years of living here to request repairs but the property manager doesnt answer her phone or return my calls Ive had to temporize the few things that I can The exhaust hood over my stove is not hooked up so God forbid if I burn something because the smoke alarm is hardwired for the whole complex so if it goes off in my apartment it goes off in every apartment in this building and the whole complex freaks out My kitchen sink is not properly fastened so the the faucet head just wobbles around and Ive had to use double stick tape to secure it and you might imagine how long that actually works The linoleum in the bathroom is curled up around all the edges so that moisture can get in underneath and the bathroom smells musty There is also black mold around the shower that needs be neutralized and then painted over There should be an air conditioner in both of the bedrooms but therere only two one in the back bedroom and one in the living room It gets very stuffy more ... hide ...

While visiting the complex the first thing I noticed was the overwhelming odor of marijuana in the stairwell The second was watching the handtohand drug deals from a tenant then finding marijuana on the staircase while following behind the drug dealer up the stairs The loud music from apartments and parked cars The grounds appeared to be well kept but tras 2020-12-14T22:11:49Z
While visiting the complex the first thing I noticed was the overwhelming odor of marijuana in the stairwell The second was watching the handtohand drug deals from a tenant then finding marijuana on the staircase while following behind the drug dealer up the stairs The loud music from apartments and parked cars The grounds appeared to be well kept but trash littered the grounds Parking is sparse with cars blocking the roadway especially around curves and near the dumpsters even worse parking on the sidewalks causing children to run into the drive lane where speed limits are a mere suggestionnThe apartment I visited in no way looked like the modern versions advertised old appliances and fixtures creaking floors windows that leaked air and walls thin enough to hear all the neighbors As I was leaving the overgrown bush at the entrance blocked the view of traffic causing me to edge forward into the lane of oncoming traffic This is not a place I would want to live especially if I had childrenn12102020 update I visited again and this place is even worse than before Double triple my concerns listed above except they trimmed down the bush at the entrance more ... hide ...
