They dont fix things when they need to be fixed Hardly ever anywhere to park Laundry room machines are always broke down Rats are bad cause of the field Landlord is hardly ever in his office and you cant get in touch with him when theres an emergency

Everyone there wants those office people out of the office they are terrible but LHP wont listen to those people there thats sad too have a great community for people to live at then you need to make sure people are happy and getting treated right there bad office people will give you a bad name and no one would want to rent there

The manager maintenance man and the rest of the employees are always so friendly and cheerful if I have any problems they are eager to help me resolve the issuenI have been here since 2016 and wouldnt consider living anywhere elsenThey have installed new patio doors and front doors and windows in each apartment much more energy efficient nowThank you Cedar H 2022-08-18T22:25:34Z

I can honestly say that in the past 3 weeks this place has done a complete urn around we have a maintenance man that makes himself available at all times for example we ask for our breezeway lights to be checked and within a couple of hours they were fixed The grass has not looked this good since I have been here honestly tis could go on and on I will ju 2019-07-26T16:12:32Z
