The apartments are nice and roomy and the neighborhood is very quiet It is nice having a building to yourself and your roommates instead of having to share walls with the neighbors Not very far from the UT Martin campus or from Union City so you have adequate access to restaurants and shopping centers The craftsmanship of the cabinetry and bathrooms are what you would expect for an apartment complexbut it is functional Maintenance isnt that great they tend to break things worse than what they were before Overall its a good place to live while in school

PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING LEASE See Pics of vehicle damage never addressed by apartment managementnnAll rent was paid including pet fees and a security depositnSo we were moved out of Unit 722 on December 4 This was the final day of the lease Primarily due to the raise in rent 650 up to 785or month to month of 933 but the cops constantly showing up to handle disputes between the lower residents the outrageous noise coming from other residents that prevented a relaxing and enjoyable living experience the kids vandalizing vehicles yes we do have picturesno they did not do anything about it the failure of service calls they maintenance man while a nice guy just rode around his golf cart and talked to neighbors the singular dumpster at the back for a total of 16 units to use that was always over flowing and worst of all now they are sending me to collections I paid my final month my security deposit should have covered any damages caused and they did not complete a move out walk with me They also perform maintenance checks and take pictures of your apartment without gaining permission under the guise of checking the fire prevention systems and changing an air filter Which was never completed The goal was to perform checks on the residents not the equipment Not surprisingly the original management when we signed is no longer there and new property management is now involved I was refused my original lease agreement copies of payments including the security deposit and an itemized list of the charges they are claiming I know this stunt have read about online These property groups come in and will begin to create their own charges and prices for replacing the most basic items then sue you without notifying you that there are charges all in hopes of settling to generate a revenue stream Its scummy behavior led by scummy managers
