Ive lived here since 102019 I love my apartment My only concern was due to the negative reviews about the manager But Deidre a leasing consultant was such a joy to work with it eased my concerns I had an Emotional Support Animal the years of 20142019 I informed the staff that I needed another as mine had passed but the pet rules are very convoluted I told them it wasnt for a pet but for my disability but they dont get it After getting the runaround I finally just attempted to submit my medical statement approving me to have one The manager Monica Banks refused to accept it on 222021 She wouldnt open the office door or the blinds in the offices window to speak with me person to person She REFUSED my doctors statement She did leave a copy of the pet rules on the table outside of the office for me to pick up later that day The 1st sentence references Tesco Properties adherence to the Fair Housing Act The 2nd sentence states that Assistance Animals did not fall under the pet rules So I got a French bulldog On the 11th of March she sent someone to tell me to call the office Knowing her lack of professionalism I made sure that conversation was monitored She told me she felt personally disrespected that I brought a dog on the property after she took the time to explain that I could not have one and that I was in violation of my lease She demanded that I get rid of it that day then threatened me with a 3day vacate I attempted to have her read the 1st 2 sentences of Tesco Properties pet rules but she refused to do so and said she was serving the vacate notice that day I ended the monitored call Upon my return home I was met by the security officer the door with a sealed envelope Upon my doormat was another letter it referenced that I was in breech of contract for having the assistance animal and said it was a 2nd violation I have PROOF that Id only interacted with Monica Banks on the 2nd of February and 11th of MarchI DID NOT have a dog on the 2nd So when was there a 1st violation OOPS Monica wrote BOTH Violations on the same day The sealed letter referenced code violation supporting her threatened 3day vacate and ultimate eviction supposedly I was profane vulgar and abusive towards her Shes based her eviction upon LIES And I am happy she did so as a written lie cant be rescinded Also I have incontrovertible PROOF she intends to submit legal action against me to the court based upon FALSE testimony as the call was monitored by Ummmmm isnt perjury a FELONY Its not my fault shes not familiar with the law I refuse to engage in ANY discourse with a proven liar It is abominable that anyone would descend to deception to force someone from their home She has exhibited a PATTERN of referencing tenants in such a way in her prior eviction notices with others claiming theyre a THREAT Im pretty certain that therell be other violations placed in my file due to her vindictive petty behavior Just like the 2nd violation thats dated the same date as the 1stnnI look forward to the hearing regarding this matter PLEASE make sure you tape andor have witnesses present when you deal with Monica Banks Believe me its in your best interest to so PLEASE seek counsel before you sign ANYTHING from the office PLEASE do NOT back date ANYTHING you sign They have a habit of recertifying contracts but fail to submit them to tenants for signatures your signature is what makes it legally bindedthen they fail to submit copies of signed contracts to the tenants Theyve even failed to advise tenants of their increased monthly payments and thats when they get them to backdate paperwork Per LAW theyre to have the contact signed and submit a copy to tenants upon recertification
