Artspace is a wonderful place to live for artists of all walks of life In the downtown Memphis area it is in the perfect location for those who thrive in the downtownmidtown area I will say tho that if you are looking for a place that you can reside with your pet who may bark occasionally I mean what dog doesnt bark sometimes this is not the place for you and you should consider elsewhere Despite payment of required fees for pet residence my fur child was kicked out and I was threatened with eviction within a few days if my dog was not removed from premises after only a few months of staying with me without reasonable resolution or refund Hence the walls are extremely thin loud laughter seeps through management has been revamped and has been doing a decent job but not personable in my opinion not the MOST amazing place but most definitely the most reasonable price you will be able to find downtown Love that artists are catered to directly here but the Memphis market of Artspace has room for improvement The wonderful peoplecommunityresidents and ability to directly network helps with most of the other faults more ... hide ...
