My daughter different last name lives in these apartments and has had heatingcooling issues never enough parking and the manager is never available to talk to If you charge someone a monthly fee for parking then provide adequate parking for your tenants If you care for the well being of your tenants and are not just a slum lord like some of the other complex 2022-04-10T04:04:00Z

I cant wait until my lease is up in July I failed a Noise Complaint on my downstairs neighbor about having his tv up so loud I told Ms Angie twice back in 2020 and I even said something to my downstairs neighbor about it Security dont do there job so thats a waste of time The whole year of 2021 i just left it alone because they still not gonna do anything ab 2022-02-02T03:45:37Z

I have family that lives here The office staff is lacking in ability skill and the manager has an attitude The property is poorly kept there is a lack of security presence maintenance responses are normally too slow and inaccurate I would definitely skip these apartments if looking to move in the area Update an email was sent to their Property Management Of 2019-03-06T18:23:01Z

Ive lived here 3years and my rent goes up every year although nothing has improved or changed besides the owners my apartment is molded now I went Juneaugust with no air had several water leaks for months and as of now my hot water heater is still submerged in water Im writinng this review because as a current tenant who has been here for years I feel that a 2021-11-15T14:41:15Z
