I live at at Madison Towers Its ok Renavashlion to the Towers is going on At least another 2 yrs before there ready for a Grand Reopening However the down side is that the closets ar smallernThe Mikeawavs ar to high One needs a step ladder to get to some of you cubberts No please to put your mop Rooms ar smaller but nicer There is No Smoking allowed in the b 2013-06-29T00:19:21Z

I wanted to take this time to write a review hoping to omit any bias From the initial point of of contact Ms Sonya Jackson the leasing agent and what I believe is the property manger as well was very responsive and promptly returned any and all of my voicemails if she was unable which is hardly ever She showed me nothing but love and professionalism and I owe her nothing but gratitude This complex has built a great reputation for itself I mean you really have to visit the property It is beyond beautiful I can tell that the residents that live here as me take great appreciation for their homes Kirkpatrick Park Apartments is in the heart of East Nashville and is literally minutes and even some within walking distance to local restaurants grocery stores downtown Nashville a plethora of schools including charter schools as well With that said I am truly excited to have my family grow here and also live within such a diverse communitynLets not venture too far from the representation of Kirkpatrick Park To get back on this subject I must say that Ms Sonya Jackson and her staff maintained the upkeep of this property Home is a word that will set well when residing here Safe community deeply embedded appreciation for this property is what youll see from the residents of Kirkpatrick Park Apartments and I guess it speaks for itself seeing that hardly anyone moves out more ... hide ...
