ProsnAmazing location so close to I40 exit Among the lowest prices for apartments this close to Nashville My apartment had decent carpets walls closets kitchen etc though some apartments look older and not as nice Management seemed to be friendly and professional The maintenance always came by to fix things within a week I never had a problem with the laundry machines or the mail although that area is often messy We never had a problem with lots of insects were also on the top floor though Heating and AC unit worked just finennConsnOur bathroom was really gross with the tiles falling apart it was the one part of the apartment that was bad It depends which apartment building youre in but where we were there were sometimes people in the parking lot blasting music with filthy language and screaming at each other Some of the parking spots are unusable due to large dips and mud and puddles but Ive never had trouble finding a close space and you can drive by to see for yourself Id recommend driving over and walking around one Saturday night to make sure youre comfortable with so many people hanging around outside Also it seemed that people move in and out quite often so your neighbors will likely change Overall it was a positive experience though some people might be uncomfortable here more ... hide ...

Place is always hot in hallways to residents elevator and definitely in their apartments Caring for elderly this should fixed ASAP during these hot temperatures Nashville is happening Lawsuit waiting to happen if someone gets over heated
