The woman in the office are horrible They pick like we are in 3rd grade They are very rude The apartments is worth half of what they want you to pay for market price Youre not allowed to do anything in your own home You cant even have a chair on your porch They invade your privacy i recommend never applying or moving here will be dissatisfied

There should be an option for zero Stars the reason is because I moved here this past May and there are so many problems with this apartment the dishwasher leaks really bad the door on the dishwasher wont latch unless I use my hip to shut it I have made many complaints and emailed videos and pictures of this problem my 1yearold son slipped in a puddle of wat 2022-10-10T02:44:39Z

For anyone unable to locate the office or phone number the same office for Eastgate apartments on Stuarts Ferry operates Dawn Villa You can call them I dont know why they havent posted that info here themselvesnnThe apartments are older as well as the appliances The carpeting and flooring are cheap but decent looking Maintenance has always been really good at responding and fixing any issues Ive had so they get a 55 for that The place used to be very well priced but rent keeps going up without them making any improvements at all so that lowers their score coupled with the old appliancesbuildings and cheap materials used as well as my 2 bedroom apartment having no way to get to the 2nd bedroom other than going through the 1st bedroom I cannot give higher than a 35 I am pretty sure the place used to he an extended stay hotel or something based on the bathroom sink being in a separate room from the showertoilet and having to go through the 1st bedroom to get to the 2ndnnI would still recommend this place to someone looking for a 2 bedroom on a budget Just make sure your roommate is someone you totally trust because they will be going through your bedroom or you through theirs very often more ... hide ...
