Property manager does not always answer the phone and shes slow to have things in your apartment fixed And the field that I live behind is a dumping site where ppl are too last to throw away their trash properly Its embarrassing when you have family and friends come to your home

OMG these reviews are scary I live in a 2 bed 1 12 bathroom townhome and Im trying to move but just reading all these reviews is scary My children love swimming and we have the advantage to put a 10x30 above ground pool and canopy tent in our back yard Im looking for something a little bigger but it sad when people are given an opportunity to live somewhere nice and they ruin it for everyone else by trashing the place Im sure these are beautiful apartments its the people who give the property a bad name I hope management really step in to change the way things are going I would send out memos to each residents stating that Section 8 may not be accepted at this property anymore due to lack of care of this property and the complaints from other residents I bet they would get their act together and put their kids in line Im sure its hard to find section 8 housing in Nashville they need to know theyre lucky to have housing in the market today This apartment complex can easily stop taking section 8 SMH Its really disgusting when people dont take pride in their things I would also have security on the premises 247 If these apartments are as beautiful as these reviews say they are then please keep them up Ive seen so many apartments go down hill after they start accepting section 8 We gotta do much better and Im sure its our people whos making a bad name for this apartment complex Its truly sad more ... hide ...

Fantastic place to live and work as an artist The management staff are wonderful and Francelly was especially helpful during my move in So happy to be here

Let me start by saying that everyone in the office are polite thoughtful and down to earth Other than some complications with my employment verification my application process went fairly smoothly I thank them for their patience and candor The apartment itself was well kept although I did notice 1 or 2 very minor cosmetic fixes Bulb fixes etc All around I ha 2021-03-26T09:36:01Z
