Wonderful Experience in this neighborhood I was treated like family by neighbors and management The guidelines and rules are fair and equal to everyone Some annoyances over time but nothing I couldnt have corrected in the nearly two years I lived there I would recommend this to any low income single parent or older person with regular income Regardless of your circumstances if you are looking for a safe place to help you transition to a better situation in life this place is it There are cameras and neighborhood watch for the children and disabled The grounds are kept in spectacular shape I would conclude to say that you should keep up with your paperwork from signing your lease agreement and actually read it a few times The handbook you receive when becoming a member of the community is very clear and spelled out for you You can read this to determine the rules and how to conduct yourself in this area Its not a place to treat as your own trailer in the country this is public housing so the rules and regulations are going to be much different than what we are used to It is very important to stay up to date on any mail or calls from Waverly Housing Authority Stay connected with your landlord once or twice a month Ask questions and always treat maintenance pest control and any other authority with respect and patience because these people communicate and anything you do or say will be reported when necessary It is a privilege to live there so treat it that way and you will LOVE it more ... hide ...

I have lived there for 6 years nothing but drama drugs and people asking for sex for money not only that but when given 30 days notice and you move out before the 30 days and not sigh a further contact with them they took my 20000 deposit and when I didnt know about the 4500 that i owed to them they didnt allow me back in even when I had offered to pay the 4 2019-07-03T18:47:14Z
