Kind friendly staff but Section 8 is very misleadingnMany cheat the system to get more assistance My case White Male in my 50s Ive been disabled for 20 years wife makes almost minimum wage we have a live in unemployed Son We are poor can barely live because of my Wifes paycheck to paycheck We were only offered 140 for help they make you feel small stupid because they teach grown adults how to live Like how to wash dishes etc Home must pass inspections every year before moving in Homes Apartments on the list are extremely expensivenIts just not worth the waste of time I was under the impression you pay no more than 30 of your monthly income on rent So if rent is s 1000 you would only pay 300 Doesnt work that way at all Dont waste your time You must attend this Orientation thing where they teach you how to wash dishes explain everything I now know why it started with a full house was almost empty by the 1st break Very disappointed

Its a nice place for seniors to live No place is perfect but this place could be better It is advertised as a church residence but corporate is questionable There are only two negative points that I can think of at this time The security gates are not operational and before you sign the contract make sure you read and agree to every word Every apartment is g

Its a nice place for seniors to live No place is perfect but this place could be better It is advertised as a church residence but corporate is questionable There are only two negative points that I can think of at this time The security gates are not operational and before you sign the contract make sure you read and agree to every word Every apartment is ground level with a front yard area Several residents have had a flower garden for years which most seniors love but mgmt made everyone remove the entire garden and I mean everything We were shocked and the only answer we got was It was in the contract you signed There will be No bird houses No shepherd hooks No flags and No ornaments Every entrance is to be uniform That doesnt do a lot for the morale after years of gardening
