As someone who has had tremendous misfortune happen over the last year this team single handedly lifted me from rock bottom After my wife of 20 years left me to become a tax attorney I lost everything My home my belongings and my two pet tortoises were viciously ripped away by the legal system As I struggled to find a home and my footing again I asked Why Why me I needed a breaksome sort of luck Much to my surprise the Arlington Housing Authority was able to assist me It was as if it were a sign from the heavens I spoke with a young man who like me was a former marine We talked about how better days were coming and that what I learned in training was all I needed to rebound HoorahAfter a 2 hour conversation I immediately dusted myself off walked right into the front doors of JP Morgan and demanded a job They hired me on the spot and now I own a 6 bedroom house Thank you Arlington Housing Authority thank you

They accused me of throwing trash out of my car and gave me a 100 dollar fine because there was trash next to my car that someone else had thrown and when I went to explain to them that I didnt and that the trash was left by someone else the manager wouldnt want to hear what I have to say and kept interrupting me Everytime I spoke I asked them for proof and

Honestly these apartments are great but you cant expect them to be perfect and pay low rent Front office maintenance are super nice They are doing great considering how bad it was before they took over I have no problem with roaches besides seeing one maybe here in there like you would in any home during winter The manager worked with us pretty great consid

Honestly these apartments are great but you cant expect them to be perfect and pay low rent Front office maintenance are super nice They are doing great considering how bad it was before they took over I have no problem with roaches besides seeing one maybe here in there like you would in any home during winter The manager worked with us pretty great considering the circumstances before our move in As long as you communicate with them respectfully they will work with you Neighbors are great They will tow your car but with as many broken down cars just parked there in the past I do not blame the new management for not playing any games Walls are super thin though but its something we just gotta deal with I never leave reviews but after reading these reviews I have to say I highly disagree with them
