If I could give this place zero stars I gladly would Besides how outdated the apartments are the management is deplorable They are never in the office and when someone is in the office its some newly hired employee with zero to no experience who will give you misguided information Try getting a hold of them when you have an unattended to maintenance request The washing machines are almost always out of service and if theyre working they smell like theyre located in a back way alley with sewer water as their source Before moving here please check the BBB website for the countless complaints past residents have raised against them for financial matters They are money leeching creatures who will exploit you based on a contract you signed with them but will do less than the bare minimum to uphold their end of said agreement Their property manager Cheryl Drew is about as useful as a turtleneck sweater in the summer She will wipe her hands clean of any responsibility her employees may have as far as being timely professional and ethical employees primarily because she also lacks all of the aforementioned qualities I initially liked this place because I was willing to forgo living in a nice place for the sake of location But after living there and leaving highly dissatisfied I would rather live in a clean pestfree up to code environment and drive into downtown if needed than endure the kind of living arrangements and deplorable management that this property is subjected to more ... hide ...

The staff here including maintenance are very helpful and kind Theyre super fast at responding and taking care of matters into their own hands They send important announcements out in advance so itll help you make some arrangements if needed like for example if theyre testing the fire alarms Theyll let you know in case you work from homennThe location is convenient if you dont need to drive downtown as much Its also 10 minutes away from the domain which is nice If you need to go grocery shopping the complex sits right behind Walmart and Lowes Theres also a nice HEB nearby and a small Korean market around the cornernnThe reason why Im giving it 4 stars is because as of late there have been questionable tenants or guests popping up every now and then Not sure if its a coincidence but Ive heard gunshots aiming towards this complex a couple times in the past 23 months or so Sometimes not all the time I would hear yelling arguments intense conversations very very late at night This didnt happen before until very recently so Ive been starting to feel a little concerned about my safety when Im around this area The staff does try to address these issues but I think everywhere in Austin is becoming like this more ... hide ...
