This is the worst property to live at they address matters without having any proof of any residents around or an actual resident that goes on a daily basis to complain I mean if the property manager REGINA would stop favoritism at its finest She sits in the office with one resident and literally hears all her complaints for more then an hour But will not hear the other residents story Instead of addressing this matter privately She literally tried to get both residents for a sit down of confrontation I am shocked as to what I am hearing how this resident and property manager are making threats and harassing this other resident with removing her assistance for housing When they have had numerous of sit downs with this resident resident seems to have a problem with the other one This is past property management taking care of it At this point I WOULD ASK FOR PROOF if this resident clearly doing something wrong and address it accordingly Without any scandals in the office SANDALWOOD MANAGEMENT I am shocked that this is even going on and no one is reporting it Regina I am questioning your property management skills Clearly you need to reread the TAA violation forms all over again Also complete a fair housing class it seems their is none taken from what I have witnessed I am also expecting some retaliation since Regina the property manager declined to give her supervisors email to address this properly Also when A resident request the regional email Nicely give them the email its something you cant deny This shows that there is more going on in the office that is not being reported and addressed according to Fair Housing Procedures I would like to get a response from management quickly regarding this matter

I have absolutely loved this apartment complex from the jump Office and maintenance is AMAZING Office is always very friendly inviting and quick to reply Maintenance has always come within less than an hour to fix any type of apartment issues They will always greet you with a smile and are so polite and friendly whether it be them fixing something in your ap

I have absolutely loved this apartment complex from the jump Office and maintenance is AMAZING Office is always very friendly inviting and quick to reply Maintenance has always come within less than an hour to fix any type of apartment issues They will always greet you with a smile and are so polite and friendly whether it be them fixing something in your apartment or passing by I literally cant even expresss how much I love this complex Neighbors are also very friendly which is a huge plus The complex is so calm Its amazing for kids as well I have absolutely no complaints and couldnt be more thankful I would 100 recommend to everyone

I have tried applying to Trove eastside in November and it has been nothing but a cycle of nonsense This is an income housing apartment complex and I made under the annual income limit and they asked for outrageous excessive requests Why would any apartment complex ask for 6 months of bank statements one week then a week later ask for VENMO ZELLE statement

I have tried applying to Trove eastside in November and it has been nothing but a cycle of nonsense This is an income housing apartment complex and I made under the annual income limit and they asked for outrageous excessive requests Why would any apartment complex ask for 6 months of bank statements one week then a week later ask for VENMO ZELLE statements That is where I drew the line and respectfully told them this is a poorly run apartment complex Which is honestly an invasion of my privacy This was all after my background check which was spot clean I would advise looking else where unless you enjoy having your privacy invaded
