Nearly all these good reviews are very likely solicited by the managernnThis is NOT a gated community if it was it would have a GATE The only gate goes to the park and its been broken for months Anyone can walk on or drive into the propertynnIve seen 2 different homeless guys charging their phones in the basement parking area Ive seen another 2 homeless guys jump the fence to the pool to bathe They are harmless but theres no securitynnWhen you tour dont forget to ask about the German Cockroaches They nest in the walls really tough to manage Ive had the Pest Control every 2 weeksnot every week and I do a better job with what I can buy at Home DepotnnCars get broken into all the timetheres no security around the building My car was STOLEN off the property before this manager startednnEven though this is affordable living and owned by Travis County rent goes up 1020 every year thats a lot for fixed incomes Ive been here for 25 years there have been no upgradesnnMaintenance guy is good Raising to 2 stars but no way this is a 4 star propertynnLook around before you commit more ... hide ...

I have lived here for fifteen years and I love my apartment Yes management tends to change every few years however most of the problems at Rosemont at Oak Valley are the tenants who dont respect their neighbors or the property Maintenance can only do so much when it comes to wear and tear This is a Tax Accredited Property Theres building code enforcements Section 8 codes Fire codes and certification laws that must by followed Management cant do anything without written agreements from the City of Austin and Travis County It is our responsibility as residents is to change our air filters pick up our dogs poop not send small children to carry bags of trash to the dumpster thats far too heavy for them to throw into the garbage collector ESL classes are offered After School Programs Christmas gifts are given to our children and grandchildren and yet people still complain I wonder what would they do if they owned a home and had to pay for maintenance I send positive vibes to the new Ladies who have joined Rosemont at Oak Valley to help work out what I call another Hurricane Katrina GOD SPEED NAMASTE more ... hide ...

If I could give zero stars I would This apartments suck Roaches everywhere no mater if you clean daily call the exterminator every other week you will not see any results To say I cant even cook in my kitchen in peace because there is bugs crawling in the stove Its disgusting They should make it a thing that the whole apartments get the exterminator twice a 2018-02-09T16:36:35Z
