It takes a long time to get things fixed They asked us to put everything in a portal yet things dont get done here My mother is an elderly person am having to take her to the front office to ask when things will get fixed All they say is well send someone And nothing gets fixed its been 4 months and we still waiting The ac unit is filthy it has been 4 months not once have they put a filter on it Supposedly they change it every month not once have they brought us 1 Roaches ants have been seen since before we moved in The fumigation must not be strong enough we still have issues with ants Roaches My mothers bathroom is still without bathroom Handel bars for her safety Its been 5 months still nothing Parking spaces are being fought over some of the tenants asking us we need to move cuz they been living here longer When the parking spaces dont have numbers to where to park Months ago it we had a water leak in the ceiling it took them 10 days for them to come check put a stop to it Our 2 bedrooms got soaked they have not come by to check if their is mold in the walls This concerns me for my mother I are elderly we both have asma No matter how many times we call nothing is done more ... hide ...

Worst customer service ever They never answer their phone and when they do no one can assist you Can someone please answer the phone so that I can get the status on the lease contract that you all were supposed to send me for when I use to live there Its been over a month and no one can help me

I lived there for a few years and the pool never opened always some excuse about repairs Playground is closed There is not enough parking for everyone and its hard to get one visitor pass They do tow cars but they pick and choose which ones to take not all with no pass get towed The rent gets increased every year by like 5060 with no reason why Maintenance w 2022-07-04T17:12:51Z

Their slogan Finding an apartment home in Brownsville Texas has never been easier is interesting considering that of the 12 times Ive called them during operating hours over the course of the past several weeks theyve picked up 2 times Theyve also failed to return about 34 voicemails I left them regarding being interested in renting over the course of those few weeks Ive also left them about 3 emails regarding being interested in renting none have been responded to The first received call Received in Spanish but spoken in English I dont speak Spanish fluently was prior to applying to their community and so I was looking for information regarding the application process I was provided none and told that applications were accepted based on a raffle drawtype process at the beginning of each month what Exact dates and procedures were omitted and all responses to my questions were incredibly vague if not nonresponses entirely The tone of the conversation on their part was very impatientrude despite only being asked simple reasonable questions such as Do you have any vacancies currently or coming up etc The best way to describe the conversation was as being onesided It was as if the person I was calling didnt work as a representative for Bowie Garden and was simply listening to my questions without comment My second call with them was received in Spanish and so I asked Habla usted Ingls Do you speak English to which they responded with Hello Hello In English and proceeded to immediately hang up on me I called back and received a similar treatment to my first call weeks earlier impatiencerudeness lack of explanation on the application process etc I told them that I had applied to their community and they responded with that they had no vacancies despite me seeing a vacancy they posted to their Facebook Marketplace the day prior for a 22 I asked them if I should follow up on my application or vacancies in the future or if they would reach out to me and they told me that they would reach out despite having applied to their community prior to them posting a vacancy for the 22 apartment and not having them reach out to me Again the conversation was extremely onesided hardly anything was said on their part no attempt at examining my application no asking for my name or contact information no asking what I was looking for in an apartment etc was made Ive leased at several apartment complexes in the past and have spoken with dozens more over time and Ive never experienced anything like my experience with Bowie Garden more ... hide ...

Dont rent here Not pleased at all with this place they never fix whatever needs to get fix on time looks nice at first but once I can get out of lease Im out always wanted to move in here but once I was here the new management just sux
