My step mom and dad lives at Buena Vista and I can honestly say this place has turned around for the good My mom say some people are mad that the new manager is here doing her job and holding resident accountable It is refreshing to see a full staff that is professional and a delight to deal with daily Lighting is being restored the property is cleaner the manager is approachable and the fact I can walk down the hall to my parents apartment without tripping over a scooter that should be in the apartment is the best part Keep this manager around with her the Buena Vista will be a pleasant place to call home for everyone in no time Oh and I heard that the main trouble maker is leaving New manager Beatrice and staff you guys rock more ... hide ...

The Ladys at the houseing department HUD are NOT HELPFUL dont know anything about the programs they are to be offering There NO HELP comeing from this place

This Apartment is a joke They will tow your vehicle even if you live there They have a scam going on with a towing company Capital towing to pick up vehicles although they are registered with the apartment My daughter just moved in to the complex Her first night to stay over night was last night to wake up at 6am this morning to her vehicle gone She immediately calls the police they check it out and say it looks like its been towed She goes down to the office just for the lady to say sorry its going to cost you about 300 to get it back You have to have the sticker on the vehicle She explained that its her first night there at her apartment and hasnt put in on yet But I gave you all my information on the vehicle for it to stay here Lady says SORRY ITS POLICY She gives me a card for the towing company but the towing company doesnt have a phone number They Say they do all corespondents by email Imagine that We have left multiple emails with no response We have been advised by the police department to take to small claims court They say this happens frequently with this ComplexnThis is Wrong if you live here they should not be allowed to take your vehicle more ... hide ...
