Im only giving 3 stars for the sake of professionalism for some leasing agents and maintenance along with the cleanliness of the complexnnIve been living here for a month now and had no complaints other than basic maintenance needs like fixing a couple drawers pest control and repairing a ceiling fan The only downfall is that it takes 10 phone calls 3 voicem 2022-10-12T15:33:14Z
Im only giving 3 stars for the sake of professionalism for some leasing agents and maintenance along with the cleanliness of the complexnnIve been living here for a month now and had no complaints other than basic maintenance needs like fixing a couple drawers pest control and repairing a ceiling fan The only downfall is that it takes 10 phone calls 3 voicemails and a billion emails for anyone to even respond or complete my maintenance requestsnThose few leasing agents Ive spoke to are super sweet and very professional with my frustration but its so hard to get in contact with them and my problems will linger for weeks I would sometimes get very lucky and get someone on the phone where they are literal no help and say that I would need to speak with the manager Upon request manager is always on lunch or with another patron and theyll supposedly leave a message to them so they can call me backnnIt never happensnnThe mailboxes are terrible its completely trashed out and no one organizes them Anonymous people leave their garbage on sidewalks our hallways and our parking lot for US TENANTS to clean up We all take initiative to make the complex a beautiful place but of course others wont be as consideratennThis apartment is truly not as bad people make it seem to be its a very quiet community with friendly neighbors along with its notsobad downside but also think about that you get what you pay for Dont expect luxury while this apartment is more affordable than any other place make do what you havennOverall my only complaint is that I wish the leasing office was more present and took care of complaints better Also try to have maintenance do their job I have proof where they said they came to the apartment and did the job where I was definitely home and they never came by They need to do a little better more ... hide ...

If I could give them ZERO stars I wouldnIve lived here since June 2016nThe new manager told me in January 2017 that the old manager never approved my application and I dont have a lease on file She told me to just keep paying rent I have been up to date on rentnHowever they are constantly turning the air conditioning off and water She just turned the air conditioning off again today after I called her and complained because she told an apartment I applied for that I was not done with my lease She told me in January I didnt have a lease so shes sabotaging me and forcing me to stay here basically as no apartment will accept based on her answers Ive called her all week leaving voice mails She has not once responded I keep asking for a copy of this lease I supposedly have now and she never respondsnI went to the office today after getting out of the hospital and of course as usual shes never in the office Ive tried catching her in the morning during lunch and the afternoon She is NEVER in the office And never calls me backnShe is unprofessional and ripping people off making us pay rent and living with no ac when she feels like turning it off to pocket moneynThe last time she had the air conditioning off for a week My 3 year old was vomiting from heat exhaustion I put him the shower to cool off 4 to 5 times day No one should live like this when they pay rent I even took pictures of a lady and her infant sitting in front of their doorway with the baby crying from being so hotnI made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and she never responded to that eithernI just want out from here and shes basically keeping me here because no apartment will accept me based off what shes saysnThis manager is corrupt and highly unprofessionalnGet rid of her more ... hide ...

Sounds like these folks are scamming right from the door They had so many fees when I called to check on their application procedures I had to tell the lady they would not be getting my businessnnComing in they want a 69 dollar application fee and then after you are approved for the apartment they require a 15000 Admin fee That seems like a duplication of fe 2014-11-25T17:23:57Z
Sounds like these folks are scamming right from the door They had so many fees when I called to check on their application procedures I had to tell the lady they would not be getting my businessnnComing in they want a 69 dollar application fee and then after you are approved for the apartment they require a 15000 Admin fee That seems like a duplication of fees Then I told the woman I had my offer letter from my employer and she said Oh thats not a check stub I told her I KNEW It wasnt a checkstub She then said it again several times She didnt know I had spent the day calling around and every other apartment accepted the offer letter IN PLACE OF the check stubsnnThe woman then told me that because it was an offer letter and not a check stub there would be an ADDITIONAL 25000 fee NO WAY I promptly told her I could not accept that and hung up the phone One would have to be a PURE DEE FOOL to do business with these folks They hit you up with fees before youre even in the door good and they arent even that nice more ... hide ...

After having my move in date pushed out multiple times and accumulating over 400 in Uhaul fees when I was finally able to sign my lease the apartment still wasnt ready I was assured the make ready would be done in a timely manner Three weeks have gone by I still dont have a mailbox key and my make ready still hasnt been completed The kitchen sink leaks so ba 2022-06-27T16:26:48Z
