HORRIBLE PLACEnI currently live here its been two months and they havent fix the AC Its hard to reach management they dont communicate with you they dont work with you They dont do anything cheap means expensive since theres so many problems to solve pen handling gun shots on the area cant wait for my contract to expire so I can run away

These apartments are the worst Their plumbing is awful My toilet would overflow every other day all they would do is open the outside pipe to let all the mess flow into the residence parking lot Their maintenance men are so unprofessional they dont have the tools needed to make repairs when they find something that will do they make the problem worse not to mention the mess they leave not cleaning after themselves It is also left unrepaired until they have the time to call a professional not caring about the mess you have to come to from work everydaynnWhen you walk out of your apartments the smell of sewer is what wakes you up every morning so grossnnIt is roach spiders ant infested oh lets not forget the bed bugs We threw away our couches our mattresses most of our linens clothing when we moved outnnWhen you drive into your apartments your view will always be their trash bins which are constantly overflowing with trash bags old furniture mattresses the city dumpster will not take it so itll sit there for weeksnnI reported these apartments to the city ordinance department their no is 311 save it because if you are moving in youre going to need itnnConcerning parking you have to pay 2500 more to reserve a spot because most apartments have more tenants living there than they should take up all the parking spaces when theyre not even on the lease Some tenants park on the streetnnIt is one of the worst areas to raise your children Northaven is all prostitutes drug dealers addicts homeless thieves roaming your street apartments area Some of these people live at Sierra Vista Save yourselves the hassle stress They may be cheaper in price but this is why Definitely NOT WORTH IT more ... hide ...

I truly wanted to rent there due to the location and price however I was concerned with what I saw First off the staff was friendly respectful and receptive The main issues I have with them is their approach on security I will say upfront I drove the property multiple times to get a feel and envision my self living there I came in the morning afternoon after 2021-04-27T09:10:37Z
I truly wanted to rent there due to the location and price however I was concerned with what I saw First off the staff was friendly respectful and receptive The main issues I have with them is their approach on security I will say upfront I drove the property multiple times to get a feel and envision my self living there I came in the morning afternoon after work and in the late evening It was all the same THEY LEAVE THE GATES OPEN What is the point of the gate to be open for the general public meaning the homeless and other unwanted people to come on property They have a security booth never manned I wont even speak on the amount of trash and nonfunctional cars that should have been towed already The first step to making improvements is to close the gates at all time which will with unwanted people coming on grounds This will help the grounds team to maintain keeping the property clean Thats my take Some of the most difficult and persisting problems have the simplest solutions Thats my take on it at least more ... hide ...
