I wouldnt give these apartments any stars but it is required to leave a review The apartments have roaches my friend has called the office 3x within the last 6 months to get this problem fixed including DHA they always say they will put in a work order and they never do Nothing has been done I have helped him spray his apartment numerous times he keeps the a 2020-12-29T02:14:26Z
I wouldnt give these apartments any stars but it is required to leave a review The apartments have roaches my friend has called the office 3x within the last 6 months to get this problem fixed including DHA they always say they will put in a work order and they never do Nothing has been done I have helped him spray his apartment numerous times he keeps the apartment clean sanitized and clutter free nothing seems to work This is not a healthy or safe place to live and you constantly hear gun shots Although they are doing updates to the apartments they are still not doing anything about the roaches running around from one apartment to the next more ... hide ...

Do not move here the management charge you for maintenance and are very rudeunskilled and incompetent Maria Torres and Brenda Sanders do not know how to treat their tenants The only thing they keep up is the grasseverything else looks bad This is not the place for you you will hear gun fire alot If your toilet get stopped up or if someone else toilet gets cl 2014-09-18T21:13:21Z

I am really impressed with the management team here at Ridge Trinity Monica is a very professional and knowledgeable manager alone with the rest of the management team Always helpful polite and very great attitudes Including maintenance staff turn in a work order 1 day and it handled the next day Ive been a resident here at Ridge Trinity for 18 years and I 2021-08-18T17:51:43Z

I was a in need of housing due to having to relocate and on waiting lists at different apartments The propert mgr was not in at the time After making the Asst Mgr aware of my situation I along with two more friends was shown an apartment The maintenance men were still working on the apartment The apartment has a linen closet bathroom bedroom closet coat closet and a large pantry All of the closets needed doors except the bathroom The bathtub had dried paint in it The oven was not cleaned after opening to view some kind of rubber strings were hanging from the inside All of the cabinets on the inside and outside has some kind of brown stuff that looks like dried up glue The cabinets on the outside at the bottom around the borders were and still are rottening The kitchen drawers were cracked and some even jammed And on the back of the brown wooden bathroom door a hole was plugged with something white and colored over with a brown marker We meaning me and my friends were rushed through the viewing of the apartment and was told by the Asst Mgr that the apartment would be ready to move in that following Monday and that all doors would be in place Well that Monday finally come and when I opened the door to my newly apartment the maintenance men were still working in my apartment They were in the bedroom working on the closet then finally started putting doors on the hinges that were half painted In other words the maintenance men just did a rushed job So after they finished and removed themselves from my apartment I made a list of everything that needed to be done I took pictures to cover myself just in case something happened if I had to move in the future there would be no issues I took the note to the office and was talking with the receptionist about the list when all of a sudden the Asst Mgr came from her office and jerked the list from my hand She read the list and stated We cant fix these when you signed the list you were saying that everything was okay I told her that she knew that the apartment was not ready She said You signed a contract meaning you agree to everything I told her Integrity means everything and that I would wait and talk to the property manager At that time the property manager was out of the office that day When I finally made contact with the property manager as she was doing inspections she had the list and stated We can fix these I moved in February 2016 The bathtub closet doors chipped paint and kitchen cabinets are yet to be fixed more ... hide ...
