Got taken off the Denton housing all because I couldnt find a unit and couldnt get anymore extensions all the apartments that I had applied for put me on a waiting list it took me 3months looking and no one had anything available they kept saying waiting list They could of had least waited until I found something before they took me off my guess is thats how 2022-03-03T17:01:51Z

Dont waste your time here Weve had so many problems and majority of them remained unresolved We havent even been here for that long The apartments may seem decent but its not worth it We called so many times and nobody ever picked up It took us driving all the way over here and confronting them personally to answer our questions They gave us a false movein date and didnt tell us that it got pushed back TWICE If we hadnt drove over here to confirm our movein date we would have brought our things for no reason Ashley the manager told us after we signed the leases that we had to pay rent before we could get the keys so we went to get the money order came back and she went on a 2 HOUR LUNCH BREAK knowing that we were coming back and didnt bother giving us a courtesy call She gave more than half of the apartment complex the wrong gate keys so a lot of us had to wait for someone to open the gate Theyre terrible at telling us important things such as using their wifi provider the gate code which we still dont have forgot to give us our extra set of keys and they clearly stated that we didnt have to pay for water but turns out we do We were never informed of this prior to us getting a water bill When we told them about it they tried to make it seem like we were aware that we would have to pay for the water and we werent If the apartment management had better communication with their tenants these issues wouldve already been resolveddeescalated more ... hide ...

Overall a good experience given the very low rent I paid when I started renting from DAHC 4 years ago and the affordable rate I received when I switched units about 2 years ago The low cost of rent allowed me to save and buy a house Thank you

Im actually a tenant Here still Going on 2yrs in November but I have never Ever stayed in a apartment complex where its two people working but nobody never answers the phone in the office how do they expect to help tenants and future tenants If they never answer Ive been asking for filters for almost two weeks and still havent got them so imma just go buy my 2020-09-14T15:08:26Z
