Parking lot is always full The office staff is not efficient at all My parents had an appointment to renew their contract and when they showed up in the morning a woman told them that there was no one available for their appointment and that someone will contact them in the future for a new appointment Days later they received a letter in the mail as a final notice saying that they are going to take legal action if they dont show for the next appointment because supposedly they missed the other appointment My parents are in their 70s already and I dont think they should be dealing with this kind of costumer service well nobody does but they are senior citizens and people need to be more considerate more ... hide ...
