This place is horrible the grounds are unkempt there has not been a maintenance man I a little over a year the manager is a bully and a bit of a lier and loves to make up rules as she pleases but only applies them to certain tenants she is rarely in her office but when she is the door is locked and rarely answers knocks worst of all she is lazy for examplefor about a year both of the drieres have been not willing properly the only way to get clothes dry is to pay for 2 cycles in the drier at 125 a cycle thats 250 to dry 1 load We all have complained to the manager for a year and we have been told she will take care of it has taken care of it or that everybody is just trying to dry too many clothes Well this is a community of persons on social security myself and 1other tenant are the only ones with cars well and of course the manager so we all go elsewhere to do laundry Every now and then I dont have the time and I use the ones here and of course the dryer issue every time well I got fed up call the laundry company myself not only were they more than happy to come out and fix them I asked when the last maintenance request was and was told it was about 2 years ago She never even called Just a few of the almost never ending list of problems more ... hide ...
