A HUGE thank you to Jennifer She is so sweet and works very quickly to move you in I would have given a 5 star rating but the only complaint I have is the apt unfortunately comes w a horrible swamp cooler that leaves the apt extremely hot and stuffy even after being left on pump for a while I would really hope that they can invest in better air cooling espec 2019-07-23T21:27:14Z

I took a look at Burgundy Palms aparments trying to find a place to call home and I have found the one Ive been living here for a couple months now and its very comfortable and a very safe place The manager is super friendly always greets you with a smile Both the manager and the maintenance are very helpful tend to my needs they are quick to attend to any 2020-01-24T16:22:29Z

Wouldnt recommend this property Has gone trough several managements and when the property has placed one the manager cant even keep up with their own office hours Took weeks for having something getting replaced or serviced Poor management poor tenant sevice Once the rent is due of course we gotta pay whats due but you know that notice letter is always first 2018-10-20T02:34:01Z

Every year there is issues with the water heater in my Apt Maintenance came 1118 spend about 2 hrs fixing it I get home and there is still no hot water Long story short we have been with no hot water since yesterday morning 1126 and the office manager responded at 7pm last night that she would put a work order in and its Sunday 1127 230pm and no one has came 2022-11-27T21:39:09Z
