The apartments are great the only reason as to why Im not giving it a five stars is because I live in the 500 apartments and the children from one of the apartments love to play soccer and thats perfectly fine with me The only thing that I dont like is that they play soccer next to all the parked cars In one instance they hit my car I spoke to the ma 2020-04-01T00:47:15Z
The apartments are great the only reason as to why Im not giving it a five stars is because I live in the 500 apartments and the children from one of the apartments love to play soccer and thats perfectly fine with me The only thing that I dont like is that they play soccer next to all the parked cars In one instance they hit my car I spoke to the main office and they didnt do anything I also spoke with the parents and they too didnt do anything This still continues TODAY They also ring my doorbell at night when my family and I are asleep around 11 pm or so Its a nice environment but the children are out of hand once they even burned the trash can two little boys and two little girls horrible more ... hide ...

This is such beautiful and brand new buildings The complex is always well tended to the office manager is very friendly and we have always had prompt response on our services request You have a lot of amenities for a very affordable price Each apartment has a washer and dryer too Plus there is a pool that is well kept up daily The location is very quiet and 2022-04-05T17:12:36Z

The manager Laura is an absolute pleasure she is very professional respectful and cares very much about the tenants and the propertynShe is always available and answers and handles maintenance orders quickly and efficiently Overall she has excellent customer service and has done a great job in making the community better and making people feel welcomed

Great place to live Maintenance staff and office staff are nice Ive been here for over 6 years and never once had an issue

They change management every time and unable to keep staff The attempt to force policys down tenants is after the fact trash bins are always over flooded with trash on the ground maintenance is ran thin to one person They dont follow there own lease agreements and there so called app to make payments is at there leisure Can pay it a week before the 1st and w 2022-08-17T21:53:37Z
They change management every time and unable to keep staff The attempt to force policys down tenants is after the fact trash bins are always over flooded with trash on the ground maintenance is ran thin to one person They dont follow there own lease agreements and there so called app to make payments is at there leisure Can pay it a week before the 1st and will take 2 weeks to process it if paid on the first they process it the next day They have had water leaks and promised to seal the leak to prevent out side rain to get into to apt that was two years ago Other property managers have reached out but cant do nothing about it because its left to management at dyer palms They towed my car because it was just purchased and had no tags and on the property for 3 days are ring camera saw them walk up to are apt to leave a paper and hr latter tow truck appears and excuse is that are policy does not allow cars to be on the property if they do lot have tags Or flat tier but yet no contact or notice of violation was filed with tenant I wouldnt doubt if there is mold in the apt more ... hide ...
