This place was a decent starter apartment where I was thrilled to have a dishwasher and in unit washer and dryer However as time went on the problems started to rise up Maintenance is terrible They will take an entire week to fix something and when they dont fix it you have to put in another request and wait another week My shower also would constantly scald 2022-07-20T20:17:51Z
This place was a decent starter apartment where I was thrilled to have a dishwasher and in unit washer and dryer However as time went on the problems started to rise up Maintenance is terrible They will take an entire week to fix something and when they dont fix it you have to put in another request and wait another week My shower also would constantly scald me even when on low to no heat at all and nothing was done Also if you cant get a top floor apartment dont live here I slept with two fans on a white noise machine and ear plugs and would still wake up to the people above me stomping around at 1am to go to bed and waking up at 5am I never slept until their unit was condemned from bedbugs an entire week I knew it was time to move out when there were six cop cars that pulled up when I went for an evening walk The first few months were great if nothing needs to be fixed about the unit its pretty chill But since this was built in the 1980s I can guarantee stuff is going to break The one saving grace was having a fireplace when the power would go out in the winter Im much happier living in a new construction apartment now and wouldnt recommend this place unless its the only thing you can afford you could do worse more ... hide ...

I just had the best experience at these apartments with Ms Heaven She was so polite and PROFESIONAL After trying to apply for income restricted apartments someplace else and being turned away without even being helped She is the first to actually show interest in wanting to helpEven if we didnt have rental history She said they may still consider our application And she gave us hope We applied for a two bedroom because she indicated they did not have 3 bedrooms available Which is what we needed but at this point we would just be grateful to get approval to have a home Its so hard trying to find a home out there with all the cost of things going up We did not qualify anywhere by just a bit But Ms Heaven was very down to earth and I would recommend anyone to go to her for anything I pray we get approved but even if we dont we are just greatful for her exceptional customer service Its people like her that keep decency in the hard process of finding a place to live no matter where it is Some people think that because we are of low income and have to apply for income restricted apartments we automatically have no education and treat us bad from the beginning But many of us have college education and have just been unfortunate to find work in what we studied or are being forced to leave our country to search for a better chance of quality of life Thank You Ms Heaven for all your attention I hope you get a raise God Bless more ... hide ...

I found out about these apartments through a friend of my mother To be honest I was initially reserved about even visiting because of the distance between the complex and my friends Im so happy I decided to check them out The apartments are beautiful and the surrounding area is convenient to shopping grocery stores and entertainment The drive to my friends is a bit far but the pros far outweigh the cons As for the staff everyone that Ive interacted with have been pleasant and professional While I dont know the details surrounding some of the negative reviews I know enough about life to know that there are usually three sides to every storyEach persons side and the the side thats in the middleIn other words take the negative with a grain of salt and check the place out for yourself more ... hide ...

WARNING DONT EVER MOVE HERE We were good tenants always paid rent on time never caused problems with any other tenants stayed to ourselves and was quite I have lived here for a year and there has been different staff members in and out this office every couple months Their professionalism has been the worst I have ever experienced in a leasing office And every time the leasing office got new staff members the rudeness and unprofessionalism became worse High up staff members will give you false incorrect policies and procedures Then turn it around on you as if it is your fault to protect their jobs Dealing with certain office staff alone made the stay in this development just horrible It got to the point I dreaded going to the on site leasing office to address issues Due to the unprofessional disrespectful rude ethics of certain staff members Whats the saying one rotten apple destroys the whole bunch Certain staff members only care about protecting their jobs behind their unethical work practices WARNING FOR THIS PLACE hope you are not one of the residents they choose to treat this way I wouldnt give this place one star because how I have been treated by certain office staff I had to give it a one star to post the review more ... hide ...
