Been living here at The Henderson Apartments for a little over a month now and I honestly have no complaints Its quiet in a great location and affordable The staff is nice and very helpful I had a small mixup about pricing during movein that one of the managers and one of the staff members did not agree on Once the manager realized she made a mistake she own 2022-09-20T22:32:09Z
Been living here at The Henderson Apartments for a little over a month now and I honestly have no complaints Its quiet in a great location and affordable The staff is nice and very helpful I had a small mixup about pricing during movein that one of the managers and one of the staff members did not agree on Once the manager realized she made a mistake she owned up to it and apologized and credited the correct amount of funds to my account Prompt and professional The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because my air conditioning sometimes doesnt blow out as cool as I think it should There is also construction going on around the apartment building so it is a bit junky at times Hope this helps someone more ... hide ...

This by far is my favorite apartment complex I Felt welcome soon as I stepped foot in the office Ms Callie is the best landlord you can ever have She is very open minded and a very great listenerI made a sacrifice for my kids so Im on a special program to better my life and I dont feel judged for making a huge decision for my family I appreciate everything 2022-07-22T21:59:30Z

DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT Apartments are nice but this new property manager Shannon is totally disrespectful For starters They have changed property managers 3x since 2020 In the beginning the apartments were quiet clean just overall a place to call home NOW they are letting any and everyone move in the elevator stay dirty dog pop be everywhere pe 2021-01-26T20:13:33Z
DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT Apartments are nice but this new property manager Shannon is totally disrespectful For starters They have changed property managers 3x since 2020 In the beginning the apartments were quiet clean just overall a place to call home NOW they are letting any and everyone move in the elevator stay dirty dog pop be everywhere people leave things out saying free items take Just a mess Not to mention Shannon is so disrespectful She received complaints on a wrong door and came to my door accusing me of arguing and saying there have been reports of marijuana When i asked her to view cameras so that she can see that Im never outside and i offered her to come in to view my unit she declined and stated she will next time Then she tells me shes not going to repeat herself as she have several other complaints to handle and that she is by herself she hung up in my face That alone tells that she is not fit to run a property Corporate dont answer Its a just a mess Please think twice before moving here or at least wait to until management change more ... hide ...
