UPDATEnUpon today I had to go inside to request an emergency maintenance issue I was greeted by Ms ChristieCrystal and she went over and beyond to make me feel my family was important The issue was handled in a matter of 1 hour I just want to take the time out to let you guys know I see the difference and the great changes youre making Keep it up Im a HAPPY TENANT Thanks again This experience was a breath of fresh airnnMy experience here has been up and down I was excited bc this is my family and I first rental house We try our best to fullfil what is expected of us by paying on time cutting grass making sure yard is acceptable etc However when its time to reach management or maintenance youre unsuccessful They never answer phone then you drive to both locations and still dont accomplish anything Over the summer Ive dealt with ac issues for months no compensation for buying a window unit For months draining issues with sink and toilet and garbage disposal still not fixed Now Ive been needing light bulb replacements in kitchen since on Thanksgiving and was told they will get to me when they can which seems like NEVER with maintenance out How can a person cook or clean in a dark kitchen How can you expect a person to continue to pay for things not operable in their unit This is you all rental home Im a tenant but expected to do homeowners work on a house I was told these issues were done by maintenance Ive tried contacting corporate Nothing Hopefully this reaches the right individual to assist myself on getting something complete A confused unsatisfied tenantnnToday March 21 and maintenance has still not came Sad more ... hide ...

After living here for 3 years Im happy to gonFrom the beginning I dealt with the manager Brandy and she really caused me issues with the inaccurate move in date and I had purchased a uhual transferred lights and cableto just get an email to say the apartment isnt ready on said date even tho it had been 23 weeks since we agreed on move in date Then when I moved in they never changed upstairs carpet the laminate floor wasnt properly placed the outlets were place wrong and ceiling fan shook horribly I had my uncle fix and the last 3 years the same ceiling spot has leaked from ac and every time time they come to fix it they just put paint on it Doesnt fix the actual problemnAnd please dont break a blind because they will over charge you for everythingnnMy neighbors up until this year have been fine but currently I have 2 neighbors who think they have assigned parking and knock on my door when there are other available parking spots Ive never seen so many entitled individuals in my life Imagine 2 grown men knocking on a females door about a parking spot and to pick an argument Not the gfwifes but 2 grown mennnPrior to this year it has been quiet and all the other neighbors minded their business more ... hide ...
