The current owners have replaced the roofs installed new HVAC with heat pumps to save the tenants with their utility bills It was a mistake for the local housing authority to take a position that the current tenants could not stay at the apartments It being one of the nicest apartments in the area it seems like they only want residents to live in substandard units compared to these units I guess if the truth came out the local housing authority does not even know the rules of the housing voucher program They would not even let the current residents pay the difference in rent
