Olivia Rudd wow she is the rudest most noncompassionate person I have ever met in my entire life I have reported her unethical behavior many many times to her supervisor ROBIN ARMSTRONG and to no avail NOTHING has ever been done about it I have requested to have another worker and I was lied to and told I could not do that that they assign workers based on last names I dont see how someone like OLIVA RUDD is able to even work with the public When I go for my appointments she always has a very nasty demeanor and a horrible attitude She is never welcoming nor does she ever speak She calls you back to her office and wont even said Hi She has already did illegal activity with a different housing agency and they allowed her to get another position with Garlandread about it on Dallas newsnnThis woman made me lose my voucher because she did not want to schedule my inspection but she never told me I even had to have an inspection being a first time participant She lied to the community manger where I was moving to and told them that my voucher had already expired when in fact it didnt expire until 2 months later She forced me to put a move out letter in my at the time current apartment before I could even get my voucher estimate and I never ever had to do that before When did a policy come in where one would have to put a move out date in before even finding another place to stay And if such policy does exist why is it that I was never made aware of it Olivia Rudd treats participants like nothing I hope an investigation is opened and her position within the company is evaluated All you have to do is interview her clients I am sure youll get the same report from all the participants cases she manage She has her favorites and I spoke to another girl that she goes to church with and she loves her and makes sure she is aware of all type of perks and extra benefits that she doesnt share with others When I was on the program and was earning escrow I had missing money and she tried to tell me that my calculations were wrong I am almost certain she took itJust because someone needs housing doesnt mean they should be treated like they are less than And OlIVIA RUDE should not be able to work with the public considering how bad she treats people more ... hide ...

Very unbelievable how the main corporate office also HUD housing was notified that the maintenance man their own property Eastpoint station well as lennox housing that this maintenance man has made false reports maintenance problems like calling fake emergency calls and as well as having other people do for him including myself when I contacted office tell me it was a personal problem Hard to believe what are tax money is paying for a man to stay in bed and sleep while the state and HUD housing signing his paycheck each week he was reported one time before and was wrote up for it This property is for the elderly people what is my concern what is the building is on fire and he never even know its because hes asleep Im a self contact the office and corporate told them the situation the head had me a call emergency maintenance call that a air conditioner unit went out when is that it didnt hey just did not want to go to work tell them that was proof that he was doing this all they could say was personal Im hoping someone will stay there and be able to do something about it what if that was your mother or your father living in this hard housing for elderly what you want to stop this guy appreciate anybodys help thank you God bless you more ... hide ...

I dont live here but have been trying probably over 10 yrs but after speaking to someone different today lady years ago was nice I will stop trying rude unprofessional attitude office person I spoke to I wont take any rudeness from anyone any more My friend and I was so out done we just sat there a few seconds Nice property although but management SMH

On site management when on site is rude Trash are over filled for days Yards looks like a dump site at times Asked several times to change air filters with no responseMaintenance is just awful

Do not move herenThis is a very bad area and management is trash I complained multiple times about a leaking celling Theres rodents aka skunks and foxes These people WILL play with your money Raised the rent up during a pandemic and didnt have us sign proper paperwork It was very sketchy

I have lived in many apartments over the years and this by far is the worst of them In my stay here there was never fully working utilities and the water got cut off at least once every two weeks without warning I had decent down stairs neighbors although the walls are thin and I would asume the place is full of asbestos I found a dead rat and a plethora of 2017-08-02T04:38:07Z
I have lived in many apartments over the years and this by far is the worst of them In my stay here there was never fully working utilities and the water got cut off at least once every two weeks without warning I had decent down stairs neighbors although the walls are thin and I would asume the place is full of asbestos I found a dead rat and a plethora of rat droppings in the air vent when I moved in that should have let me know that ownership and management there are were as good as that dead rat If you anyone except Hispanic there will be a non refundable deposit I say this as a warning as 5hey have no record of my deposit and unless you are used to Mexican parties and staying up late due to loud noise this place is not for you more ... hide ...
