Poor ManagementnWhen people complain its suppose to be CONFIDENTIAL meaning you keep their name out of the situation and just confront the people that are the problem This is the second time the manager Katherine has done this and possibly many more times yet she still has her job here as a manager She does not seem to realize how she affects peoples lives w
