The apartments were in pretty good shape And the maintenance people were friendly The reason this gets 2 stars is the management My boyfriend originally started living here first so I would have to park in a visitor spot I parked in the same one and never got towed then magically it disappeared and they towed my car and couldnt do anything about it They also 2021-02-09T00:27:52Z
The apartments were in pretty good shape And the maintenance people were friendly The reason this gets 2 stars is the management My boyfriend originally started living here first so I would have to park in a visitor spot I parked in the same one and never got towed then magically it disappeared and they towed my car and couldnt do anything about it They also close the pool all year round We started living there in the summer of 2019 and it was never opened ever They make the worst excuses Now fast forward December 2020 we put our 60 DAY NOTICE we wrote we are MOVING OUT AND THE PLACE WILL BE VACANT ON FEB 1st 2021 And we left the keys in the place but saying we didnt They then sent my boyfriend all these fees and said that we didnt notify them saying we moved even though we gave them a 60 DAY NOTICE And try to charge us for damages and you know what they put the damages for because we left 6 trash bags this place is a joke and makes up their own rules more ... hide ...

I have been living at this property for a few years now The new owners have done a great job on renovations new appliances flooring paint pallet new AC units Not to mention the new property management Mary and Debbie have been awesome taking care of me and my family throughout the transitions The property finally feels safe and quieter and affordable compare 2022-10-14T13:17:23Z
