My mother lives in this apartments and have treated her extremely nice and are very helpful when it comes to being attended with her needs The staff are very nice and respectful Best apartments shes lived in By the way my mother is bedridden I hope this insignificant review is helpful God bless

The complex itself is ok Lots of people hanging out at all times of the day and night but theyre cool though They have a security guard but I rarely see him but overall I dont have any safety concerns Neighbors dont pick up after their dogsnnPlenty of parking available You have to pay to get a parking sticker but there are so many available visitors spots av 2018-04-13T14:50:10Z

Lived here in 2018 The first red flag for me shouldve been the fact that they approved me for an apartment but decided to give me something else due to flooding in the first one I let it passed A month later the old Air conditioning unit broke down They left me in the sweltering Houston heat with no AC for an entire week After finally fixing the air conditioning my apartment began to grow mold All over the apartment there were roaches on the walls that were painted over Tub needed resurfacing And there was a roach infestation due to the neighbors moving outnnAll of this was occurring while I was 7 weeks pregnant I am deathly allergic to mold I ended up in the emergency room several times do to this negligence Informed management but they never did anything until I decided to break the lease do to the unlivable conditions resulting in my medical complications Fast forward they sued me for rent which I paid off the balance cuz I was not able to fight it in court due to my pregnancy complications These people have not kept their agreement of releasing me from judgement like they signed Contacted the office and Ana Jimenez about getting this release NO RESPONSE There are signed confirmation by Ana Jimenez which I have proof of showing I paid They have been ignoring me for weeks only now to say they never received the payments I am unable to move due to this negligence Rent at your own risk This is a money hungry cooperation that cares NOTHING about the tenants more ... hide ...

I have Been Staying here for over A Yr Now And Im very Satisfied It started off Rocky But I must Say Its Going Very Good I have been through some hard times while staying here and The Management never made me feel ANY KIND OF WAY ABOUT IT They are very HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING So nice and very genuine When I need something fixed they make sure it gets done 2022-06-23T19:22:31Z

Saw these apartments and didnt think much Anthony showed me around and explained the application process Hes pretty cool and upfront and knows his stuff Gonna bring my wife and do an application Definitely referring my people to him
