Hello Ive been living here for a year now and so far it is a great community to live in but in every community there is work to be done Most of the time is very clean but during the weekends you will find empty beer glasses on the floor trash and you will find a lot of burnt cigarettes Also I wish they could update the laundry rooms the machines are always b 2022-06-08T18:32:00Z
Hello Ive been living here for a year now and so far it is a great community to live in but in every community there is work to be done Most of the time is very clean but during the weekends you will find empty beer glasses on the floor trash and you will find a lot of burnt cigarettes Also I wish they could update the laundry rooms the machines are always broken and is very frustrated going somewhere else to wash Lately I noticed a lot of people that dont live here in the apartments just walking around or just hanging out and is kinda creepy and scary because there are a lot of kids running around here so we should be more careful But overall is a decent place to live here more ... hide ...

Horrible customer service The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional She refuses to release any information including her name and the phone number to the corporate office I sent a rental verification over last Thursday that I am still waiting for She said she does not care and would not send me anything without a signature which I then provided and her new reason is that our rental verification does not match the name of our apartments as we recently went through a name change to our community With as long as its taking to receive this rental verification I bet our property will change its name again before we ever get the rental verification back I feel sorry for the residents here just look at all the reviews they speak for themselves more ... hide ...

If I could rate these apartments 0 I really would I was able to move in but turns out theres a block on the meter and instead of the leasing people taken care of it their self before I even moved in they didnt take care of anything and they want me pay full rent and I cant even stay in my apartment because I am unable to have lights due to them not handling 2020-07-25T18:13:39Z

My expectations were too high for this property The renovations are nice But my problem is with the office staff I was interested in leasing spoke with the lady via email Stated shed work with me So I made a special trip 50 minute drive just to be told when I get there that theres nothing available at the requested rate and theres no way to work with me Real 2020-09-21T16:40:21Z

My partner and I love living herenWe appreciate everything they do herenThe ladies up front are always kind and helpfulnMaintenance is quick and same day response which is a HUGE PLUSnThe apartments are spacious The property stays pretty clean They do the best can given any circumstances Thank you

Would definitely not recommend they actually need to be condemned moved in in March and had a terrible rat infestation and air conditioning never worked properly black mold throughout the apartment in the air vents maintenance socks never received the cable box internet service was terrible wa evicted after being behind q month in rent because of retaliation 2022-07-27T12:02:11Z

Yes Ms Sylvia is nice and will get you approved with the quickness thats who Ill give the 1star to otherwise it would be 0 stars Now if they can keep that same energy with work orders that would be great Today I was FINALLY brought a replacement stove because my oven wasnt working and each time they worked on it the oven would break within a week The oven they brought me was dirty Frankly I wouldnt recommend anyone that cares about their appliances and basic fixtures working to move here Its all bills paid for obvious reasons I recently received a notice that cars are being broken into AgainI had my catalytic converter stolen at one point When my money order for rent was stolen security should have been hired right then The property hasnt had security for about 3 years now I remember I went to the office because a resident was stalking me I went to the office to file a complaint and figure out what I needed to do to protect myself and my children Once I told them who he was they smiled and said oh thats Mr So and So hes harmlessHe just probably likes you They talked to him and he did stop However their response was unprofessional and highly insensitive Ive had trauma in the past due to a stalker I actually uprooted myself and kids to a different city So I didnt appreciate how they handled that situation either I liked living at Parker Square at one point but its became more of a headache then a place to call home more ... hide ...
