Do NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU DONT HAVE YOUR CAR IN YOUR NAME BECAUSE YOU WONT be able to park near your home YOU WILL HAVE VERY LIMITED PARKING THAT IS GONE EVERYDAY BY 5PM I have lived here 8 years and cant have a sticker to park because my car is in someone elses name BUT I GOT A DRIVER LICENSE AND INSURANCE This property refuses to fix broken things in your unit but they hassle us monthly behind an inspection I had an inspection last year STILL WAITING ON THEM TO COME FIX MY TUB mold shampoo my carpet paint my unit and get my refrigerator properly working I have lived here 8 yrs and have only be given ONE FREE SHAMPOO I paid to have my blinds replace once when they should been replace at no charge since I have been here more than 5 years Oxford Place Apt The Board of Commissioners care more about getting your car towed Its a get rich scam because one sticker should be permitted per unit just LIKE YOU GET A HOUSE KEY GATE KEY MAILBOX KEY What are they going to do next require you have a car in order to get a gate key Or dictate the we can get nly go to the mailbox room during business hours Moving INTO THIS YOU SIGN YOUR RIGHTS AWAY ITS SETUP FOR YOU TO BE BROKEN burden DOWN WITH PROPERTY unfairness the police ONLY come to property to sleep or come protect the office staffAS THEY LEAVING The staff in the office changes like you change clothes We have a huge trash problem all over the property THAT IS SMELLY AND TRASH BUILTUP CONSTANTLY but towing enforced is more IMPORTANT then having enough trash bins for the residents You cant even get a yearly carpet shampoo after she gning your lease This place is REALLY SAD Dod poop in your yard no doggy area but YOU ENFORCING TOWING We need stop signs because our kids have gotten hurt or car accidents from cars coming around fast We have NO SPEED SIGNS or WATCH OUR CHILDREN SIGNS BUT HAVE TONS OF TOWING ENFORCED SIGNS around the property They will be nice to you until you movein When I say this use to be one of the best Houston Housing property Every since losing Ms Potts last year this place has gone way down not long before it goes back to the OLD BERRY RD Its gun shooting during the daytime when the kids are outside playing its fights almost every day the office is fully aware BUT DONT CARE little girls are in the back having sex its disrespectful kids walking around bullying smaller children its a lady that lies to us about helping us but she just keep up mess talk about anyone that stand up against this modernday slavery office staff doesnt care because shes has office credentials Its residents thats paying market rent which is 750 BUT CANNOT GET A STICKER TO PARK near their unit Isnt that sad We have so many problems here on property with shooting guns people not caring about our childern If you friends with the office people YOU CAN GET AWAY WITH MURDER This place has become very unsafe dirty nasty not properly working or clean units they will harrass you EVERY OTHER MONTH because an inspection but wont come fix anything so you will fail your inspection then its you ur fault Really smh I see people who I know doesnt have their car in their name got a car sticker from our old manager Ms Carrington Its cranky play favoritism Its people living on property that are sex offenders office staff is aware but they are only concerned with towing our cars to help get the rich richer from robbing the poor

The ABSOLUTE WORST maintenance and service ever When I first moved in November 15 I sent in a work order because it was several things that needed to be fixed that wasnt up to part in my apartment It is now February 5 and nothing in my apartment has been fixed at all Its absolutely upsetting considering they should have checked everything in the apartment to make sure everything works and is up to part considering someone new was moving in I dont have a porch light My porch window is cloudy and not visible my garage fob hardly works and has to be pressed numerous times before it opens my garbage disposal doesnt work my sink sprayer isnt sealed and is out of place EveryTime my garage or front door closes pink insulation comes falling out of the vents my water pressure in the bathroom is HORRIBLE the water in the kitchen gets hot except the water in the restroom it just stays warm meanwhile the kitchen water gets hot expeditiously Its sad and beyond disappointing that its a whole new year and I still havent gotten any maintenance Just imagine trying to take a hot shower and its freezing outside weak water pressure and Lukewarm water that doesnt get hot this needs to be fixed ASAP this is RIDICULOUS

Ive lived here for close to 3 years and we have been extremely happy here The management staff is always very helpful and timely whenever we need to stuff done in and around our apartment They try to maintain a clean premesis the pool is always clean and ready for swim in the summer and theyve also added cameras around the gates for extra precautions Great p
