Love that the apartments are always on top how clean the areas are Jenny she has been a blessing very helpful and understanding of everything Maintenance are always available when needed for that reason I give them 5 stars The only thing I would change is that when given an apartment they could bet a bit more cleaner But I would recommend this place to anyon 2022-12-16T12:47:43Z
Love that the apartments are always on top how clean the areas are Jenny she has been a blessing very helpful and understanding of everything Maintenance are always available when needed for that reason I give them 5 stars The only thing I would change is that when given an apartment they could bet a bit more cleaner But I would recommend this place to anyone because management are always helpful and its a very nice place to live in and they come with a dishwasher and thats a plus for me Jenny thank you for all that you do not just for the residents but I see how much your heart is very noticeable around the children and they love you I have a 8 year old and in only a few months he is open to Jenny all the time and love to visit the office becasue thats how welcoming Wincret is more ... hide ...

In the beginning office staff were wonderful 6 months later a different storythey do not communicate at all with their tenants I have repeated tried to call the only staff member who handles rent Hilda Only to have her mailbox full it never gets emptied so you leave a message with the leasing office because that is the only other phone nubmer they want you to go through them so they can pretend to take messages and you never get a call back One week I must have called 10 times to leave verbal messages and never get a response Never Instead they evict They are quick to evictI am not even one month past knew I was going to be late but could not get through to Hilda at all No matter how many times I left messagesnnLets not forget that there was a leak into the floor below me This was one week after we moved in They tore out the tile in our bathtub to fix it Left it like that for four months They would not schedule a time to fix it Expected us to be home constantly so we would be there when they showed up at their whim They would say they would come by the next day and they would no show Rats started coming through the holennOH when we moved in we had to wear shoes all the time becasue the floor was flithy Had it cleaned and it is still filthynnI would not recommend this place The office and office staff are unresponsive Absolutely unresponsive unacceptablerepairs dont get done cleanliness of property was filthy more ... hide ...

I have been here since Oct 2017 when they opened Best apartment complex I have EVER rented from starting from the Management I love how professional they are and they care HONESTLY Very attentive to every request that I have put in Communication is everything and they dont lack it at all Neighbors are fine Noise level is fine I have no complaints other th 2022-10-07T21:22:07Z
