Nice apartments on the inside but ive seen so many people get evicted theyre not afraid to come in your home and put your stuff out soon as your a week or 2 late they tell you when you apply the rent is cheaper than what it actually is Free basic cable and WiFi that hardly works No pool no fitness room nothing but a community center and a baby park for littl 2019-03-11T02:41:02Z

I have lived in Avenue Station since 2016 I had mold in my apartment unit previously and someone name Cheryl Cotton from corporate was very nice and accommodating with getting me switched to another unit Since then I have not had any other major problems until recently I received correspondence from Avenue CDC a year ago December 2020 that construction would 2021-11-23T20:12:13Z
I have lived in Avenue Station since 2016 I had mold in my apartment unit previously and someone name Cheryl Cotton from corporate was very nice and accommodating with getting me switched to another unit Since then I have not had any other major problems until recently I received correspondence from Avenue CDC a year ago December 2020 that construction would begin at the complex A year later November 2021 they began construction WITHOUT ANY NOTICE I literally came home from work and the walls were demolished in my apartment my things were damaged and in a disarray I spoke with someone at Avenue CDC whom was on the initial correspondence I received in December 2020 named Alan Maynie who was very argumentative dismissive and nonempathetic I mean you literally demolished my apartment with no regards for my belongingsIve contacted the Houston Apartment Association and Channel 13s Ted Oberg Hopefully theyre able to assist I also contacted the property manager Vanessa to no avail more ... hide ...

Do not move your loved ones here Just as the other reviews state they do not care about anything but collecting rent My mother has been here several years and anytime she request maintenance she has to request several times calls emails walks to the officealways an ordeal Its Safety Issues burnt out outside bulbs smoke detectors going off all hours she is 72 and cannot climb to change bulbs or turn smoke detectors off As of right now a work order and three phone calls in the last two weeks requesting the smoke detector to be looked at and still no response This thing goes off constantly We had to end up removing it from the wall just so she and her pets could get some peace They ONLY care about residents at the first of the month and at lease renewal time I would give NO stars if I were able more ... hide ...

Im a 100 Disabled Veteran who lost my entire business to a stroke I can tell you at Washington Courtyards there is a staff who cares Mary LaFleur by far loves helping Veterans and people in general She always had my interest and worked with me when needed as well as the other staffnnI had a year stay here and literally left my car unlocked in their parking lot All is enclosed and they have about 15 different cameras throughout the place Nothing goes in or out without the cameras knowing So all in all its a safe place to live at One time I had to do some work in Dallas and I was gone for 3 weeks I totally forgot about some clothes I left in the dryer I came back to find them in the same dryer along with packages the office picked up for me to keep safennThe maintenance man Eric is always there everyday at 8 on the dot He starts his day walking the property and policing for trash etc Anytime I had a maintenance need he was there immediately Even locking my door when I left it open oncennThey get my utmost respect an attention more ... hide ...
