I have just moved here for a little while but since I have been living here I have always had to complain about the children upstairs over me It sounds as if they are falling through the ceilingall day long Even when the noise ordinance is in effect I have had to call the courtesy officer twice in one night And no one picks up after their dogsno one The area in front of my patio Ive watched them not pick up even though they have a stand with bags providing them with bagsnThe roaches have still been evident and even though I have been exterminated twice I think its because no one puts their trash in the shootnBut I dont want to have the exterminator back because he left some of the liquid poison on my floor and my dog was walking around the house with the poison on his feet Napoleon got so sick I had to go to his vetnIm sorry that I have come here more ... hide ...

I grew up living here for 9 years It was so convenient for my siblings and my mother for us getting to school because the bus line is right across the street Downtown and all major freeways are just so close by The complex is very maintained and we never had issues with anyone or our neighbors Maintenance and management were on top of the work orders Eventu 2022-06-29T13:32:49Z

I have lived at this complex for two years now and I must say that the staff is amazing Tiffiny the manager has been nothing but accommodating since coming on board She has also made the community culturally diverse I recently became pregnant and I am high risk so I have needed some special requests to ensure that my health is priority Tiffiny has honored 2022-05-26T10:44:26Z
I have lived at this complex for two years now and I must say that the staff is amazing Tiffiny the manager has been nothing but accommodating since coming on board She has also made the community culturally diverse I recently became pregnant and I am high risk so I have needed some special requests to ensure that my health is priority Tiffiny has honored all of my request I also never participated in the community activities before I only went into the office to pay rent I now attend community events on a regular and even stop by the office more because the staff is so amazing Scott the new assistant Manager is awesome too as well as Candice who is with the staff from time to time If you are looking for a great place to live with staff that treats you like family instead of tenants The Brittmoore is where you want to be more ... hide ...

Although I have lived here a short time I love the environment The grounds are well kept The management is great Always a friendly courteous attitude I had to use maintenance a couple of times for minor issues They came on the day I informed management of an issue It is quiet and comfortable I would recommend living here
