Ive been here over 2 years almost 3 and I had no complaint actually up until the recent new owners they have not fixed anything and I seen a roach for the first time ever in my unit that before stayed exterminated of course because it was offered and there is also now a NAT problem first Ive ever seen and Im just looking to move Ill continue to stay month to 2022-07-05T18:07:27Z

I have been here about 4 years We had some damage to our complex during the freeze We have a construction crew been here remodeling It is looking so nice the colors i love They are working hard and doing great job They are painting The promises that were made are being fulfiled I am thankful i stuck it out

When i live here 20052012 I had no issues with management or maintenance during my stay I loved it I was reading reviews and it doesnt seem like we lived in the same place Im looking to come back to the complex I loved it that much This complex is extremely convenient too

The entrance gate breaks every few days then gets repaired and is broken again This is a security hazard that makes it easy for anyone to enter the property and vandalize our personal belongings The manager never walks the property to do routine inspections She just sits in the office all day This property is declining fast
