The apartments are really nice and the staff is very friendly The only complaint I have is that the maintenance requests take a very long time to get met as in 68 weeks and thats if you remind them Other than that the apartments are nice and big A 2 bedroom comes with 2 bathrooms a large balcony and 959961 square feet Most of the neighbors are friendly but s

The apartments are really nice and the staff is very friendly The only complaint I have is that the maintenance requests take a very long time to get met as in 68 weeks and thats if you remind them Other than that the apartments are nice and big A 2 bedroom comes with 2 bathrooms a large balcony and 959961 square feet Most of the neighbors are friendly but some are really nasty and leave their trash out in the parking lot If you want a nice big apartment out of the hub of town and are okay with some minor inconveniences such as maintenance requests some nasty neighbors then Timber Village or Timber Village II is a good place to call home I give it 35 stars

I would not recommend going here The staff was cold and rude and the waiting list is 3 years long marshall you need to get it together and do something about this no wonder there are so many homeless people

If I could rate this place a NEGATIVE 5 STARS I would The management company here is terrible My mothers apartment was recently flooded due to a tenant from upstairs The managementmaintenance have yet to address or fix the situation My mother is is disabled paralyzed on her right side of her body The flooding has occurred TWICE in two weeks through no faul

If I could rate this place a NEGATIVE 5 STARS I would The management company here is terrible My mothers apartment was recently flooded due to a tenant from upstairs The managementmaintenance have yet to address or fix the situation My mother is is disabled paralyzed on her right side of her body The flooding has occurred TWICE in two weeks through no fault of my mom Her apartment is still leaking water from the ceiling causing the ceiling to swell and bubble up Whats worse is now mold is starting to show as well If I could rate this place a NEGATIVE 5 STARS I would The management company here is terrible My mothers apartment was recently flooded due to a tenant from upstairs The managementmaintenance have yet to address or fix the situation My mother is is disabled paralyzed on her right side of her body The flooding has occurred TWICE in two weeks through no fault of my mom Her apartment is still leaking water from the ceiling causing the ceiling to swell and bubble up Whats worse is now mold is starting to show as wellnnI live in Atlanta and will be going home ASAP to get my mom out of that situation immediately Ive called the management office and have been hung up on lied to and given the run around They wouldnt even give me a corporate office number to call and speak with a live person When I finally got through to someone from Deckers Place it was actually only their answering service agent So I asked her before I let her know the reason for my call if Deckers Place had any available first floor apartments The agent Kelly R asked when I needed to move I said ASAP and she replied okay great then proceeded to explain the square footage price etc for the apartment After Kelly R let me know that there is immediate availability I let her know who I was and the situation with my mom etc Just in case she didnt know and I explained and asked why my disabled mom couldnt be moved to any available apartment temporarily until they fixed the situation with her current apartment She then said oh Im not sure if we have anything available WTH maam you literally just told me that you have availability now within 60 seconds it got leased This whole situation ishas been handled poorly And looking at the reviews and hearing other tenants complain about management I see why Its almost impossible to get in touch with anybody at this place Im definitely going exhaust all of my resources to get my mom outta here asap Totally unacceptable and sad the way they are treating my mom and the rest of the community as well Think about this before you lease here If they will treat a disabled woman in her 70s this way how will they treat you or your loved ones

This place was there when I had nowhere else to go I was living in a hotel room with my newborn all while being a first time parent and trying to breastfeed however that does not excuse the way people are treated here The apartments are not kept up to code and when you make a request for something to be fixed around your home it is placed on a scrap of pape

This place was there when I had nowhere else to go I was living in a hotel room with my newborn all while being a first time parent and trying to breastfeed however that does not excuse the way people are treated here The apartments are not kept up to code and when you make a request for something to be fixed around your home it is placed on a scrap of paper and no record of the request can ever be found I went from paying around 25 for rent because at the time I was not working to paying 443 each month for my rent expense There was no verification process to increase the rent other than the apartment manager adding up my 3 most recent at the the time paystubs and telling me how much it would be I recently moved out of this location thanks to Gods beautiful mercy Before moving out I decided to bomb the apartment after all I didnt want anything coming with me and what was left behind at the end of the 4 hours to bomb and 20 minutes to vent the home was a sea of dead and or dying depending on the size roaches in the home For 1year and 2 months I endured mold under my kitchen sink rat holes that were never plugged up in my kitchen constant fly problem because of the dumpster being overflowed with trash or because of the trash men leaving trash all over the ground until maintenance arrived to clean it up constantly having to buy roach spray even though I was told by management they spray regularly chipped paint which was a real concern for me because my son was learning to crawl on these floors and is now walking which means he may be curious of anything and several other things that I believe are below the requirements for public housing projects In no way am I bashing the bricks but the way people are forced to live just because they cant afford to leave and do better for themselves is absolutely ridiculous I have several photos of what the apartment looked like right after the bombing took place and they arent pretty but I decided to keep them just Incase If you have another option please I beg you for yourself and your sanity DO NOT MOVE THERE
